| Our country is in the essential stage of energy structure reform and upgrading now.The current level of digitization,informatization,intelligence and automation of the current distribution network is insufficient.and there are clearly with low power communication efficiency problems.This paper carried out research around the problems of inefficient communication control voltage distribution network:A method for compensating voltage data measurement errors of measurable nodes in low-efficiency communication distribution networks and a method for estimating voltage data for non-measurable nodes are proposed.Firstly,analysis of the specific features of inefficient communication link distribution network according to the communication status and data transmissions distribution network;Then,assumptions and compensations are made for the measurement error and estimation error of the voltage data in the inefficient connection distribution network;Finally,a emulation analysis is executed in the reconstructed IEEE33-node distribution network.This lays a data foundation for the voltage control of the inefficient communication distribution network.A centralized voltage control scheme for low-efficiency connectiondistribution network is put forward.First,the theory of centralized voltage control is explained and the priority of voltage regulation equipment input control is determined according to the equipment control sensitivity;Then a centralized voltage control model that can be abstracted as a MINLP is set up,and the costing state matrix of the equipment corresponding to the discrete variables is proposed,and the objective function is decomposed into a dynamic objective function triggered by discrete constraint events.Finally,a simulation analysis is carried out on the reconstructed low-efficiency communication IEEE33 distribution network,which testifies the validity of the centralized control method.A distributed voltage control system on account of Model Predictive Control(MPC)is put forword.It mainly includes three modules of sensitivity calculation,key node selection and instruction distribution.First,the accurate calculation of the voltage sensitivity of continuous variables and discrete variables is realized by the disturbance analysis method.Then define the observability,controllability and robustness indexes of the nodes according to the voltage sensitivity calculation results,and select the key nodes after comprehensive evaluation.Then,thecapacity utilization ratio of the distributed power and the operation frequency utilization ratio of the slow facility are used as consistent variables to realize the command distribution.Finally,the MPC model is set up and abstracted as a MINLP problem,and the validity of the proposed control system is proved through an actual distribution network in Jiangsu. |
