| In order to meet the needs of China’s economic development,long-span Bridges have been used more and more widely in the construction of urban highway Bridges.With the continuous increase of bridge span,the size of each concrete component in the bridge,such as foundation,pier,main tower cap,anchorage and so on,also increases accordingly.Due to the large volume of gravity anchorage of suspension bridge,it is difficult to dissipate heat,and under the influence of cementing material hydration,external constraint,environmental temperature change and cooling water,the change process of temperature field and temperature stress field inside the structure is very complicated,which may lead to harmful cracks in the structure.In order to prevent cracks in mass concrete structures,the development and distribution of temperature field and temperature stress field in mass concrete and the temperature control measures in the construction process are worth studying.Based on the gravity anchorage on the east bank of Luzhou city,the Yangtze river second bridge,the finite element model of anchorage foundation is established,and the distribution of temperature field and temperature stress field of the first four layers of anchorage foundation is obtained.At the same time,a temperature sensor is embedded in the construction site to monitor the temperature of mass concrete in the process of concrete pouring and curing.By comparing and analyzing the theoretical calculation value of the finite element model and the measured value of temperature control,the accuracy of the finite element calculation model is verified and the controlling factors affecting the temperature field of anchorage foundation are found out.Through finite element software MIDAS/FEA,the controlling factors affecting the temperature field of anchorage foundation are numerically analyzed,which mainly include:the influence of the temperature of mass concrete on the temperature field and the temperature stress of the structure;The influence of ambient temperature and surface convection coefficient on the temperature field and temperature stress of the structure;The influence of cooling water flow rate and cooling water temperature on the whole structure temperature,temperature stress and concrete temperature around the cooling water pipe.The influence law of the above temperature control factors is analyzed and concluded,and the temperature control measures are adjusted according to the influence law and the construction site situation. |
