| With the rapid development of China’s economic strength and technology,urban and rural construction across the country is also developing rapidly.At the same time,with the emergence of more and more large and super large construction projects,large-scale concrete foundation engineering has also emerged.The raft foundation,with its large bending stiffness,simple construction process,and small settlement,has been widely used in the foundation engineering of large-volume and super high-rise buildings.However,with the increasing use of raft foundations,more and more problems have also arisen.Due to the large size of the concrete structure,the construction period is too long and is easily affected by external environmental temperature.For example,if the temperature drops sharply during the construction process,the cement hydration reaction inside the large volume of concrete will be significant,and internal temperature cracks are likely to occur.This phenomenon can damage the stiffness and durability of the concrete,affecting the normal use of the structure.This article selects the foundation raft of a super high-rise project in Xi’an as the research object,and analyzes and studies the temperature field,stress field,and their influencing parameters of large-volume concrete.First of all,on the basis of summarizing the relevant stationery of general concrete construction,the finite element calculation theory of the temperature field of mass concrete temperature cracks and the occlusion number related to the occlusion number and heat of hydration are summarized.By using the finite element software Midas to simulate and analyze the construction process of large-scale mixed concrete,the reliability of the classification scheme of the temperature stress field and the rental house is analyzed when the large-scale mixed concrete is poured and maintained according to the conventional planning construction scheme.Secondly,for the maintenance of largevolume concrete under the condition of temperature drop in the maintenance stage,the temperature measurement should be kept urgently by using the cover materials,etc.,and the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the influence of air temperature adjustment on the resistance of the application field of the approximate cumulative concentration of soil temperature,in order to evaluate the reasonable performance,while strengthening on-site temperature monitoring.The results show that the adoption of emergency maintenance of temperature is adopted.Finally,through the analysis of the inconsistency of the ambient temperature at the test time point after pouring,the temperature drop is not as large as the influence of the temperature field of the concrete with the temperature drop.It is concluded that the mixed concrete curing stage is generally affected by the drop in temperature.critical damage value.Through the research and analysis of the large-volume concrete raft foundation of a super-high-rise project,the reliability of its construction plan is verified,and the impact of the sudden drop in temperature on the quality of the large-volume concrete structure is obtained,which provides guidance for subsequent construction companies to deal with such situations reference. |
