With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the construction of urban subway stations is increasingly difficult.The engineering projects have problems such as large construction scale,large investment,long construction period,high safety risk,and difficulty in information exchange,which lead to low construction production efficiency of urban subway stations.The development of traditional construction management methods is relatively lagging behind,and it has been unable to adapt to higher standards of construction management requirements.Therefore,it is urgent to explore an intelligent,information-based and refined construction management method.This paper takes the construction stage of urban subway stations as the research object,takes BIM technology,synergy theory,and collaborative management theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the methods of comparative analysis,literature research,model analysis,and empirical research to analyze the construction of urban subway stations based on BIM technology.The collaborative management of the stage has been studied.First of all,this paper introduces BIM technology,synergy theory and collaborative management theory into the construction stage of urban subway stations,and analyzes the elements of construction collaborative management of urban subway stations.Secondly,it expounds the difficulties of traditional construction management methods and the advantages of BIM construction collaborative management methods;The BIM construction collaborative management platform is built,and the basic structure of the platform is described,which is composed of data layer,collaborative application layer and user layer;Based on this platform,it is established that the order parameter of the BIM construction collaborative management system is the BIM construction collaborative management method,and the fast variable is the participating units and links involved in the BIM construction collaborative management system,and the servo analysis of the order parameter to the fast variable is analyzed.Mathematical structure;The BIM construction collaborative management tasks of each participating unit were clarified,and the overall implementation process of BIM construction collaborative management was designed.Then,six aspects of safety collaborative management,quality collaborative management,cost collaborative management,progress collaborative management,engineering change collaborative management,and material and equipment collaborative management in the construction stage of urban subway stations are selected.Research on BIM construction collaborative management of urban subway stations.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of collaborative management in six aspects of progress,quality,safety,cost,engineering change,and materials and equipment are verified by actual engineering cases.The engineering overview and platform resource allocation of the project are introduced.Collaborative management process and application results.This paper studies the BIM construction collaborative management of urban subway stations,takes the BIM construction collaborative management platform as the servo center,designs the collaborative management process of each application,and improves the synergistic effect of the BIM construction collaborative management system.Taking a specific urban subway station as an example,it has certain innovative significance and reference value for exploring efficient BIM construction collaborative management methods and improving construction management level,and for the subsequent application and promotion of BIM construction collaborative management methods in other types of engineering projects Optimization suggestions are made.
