| In recent years,in order to actively promote STEAM education,some schools in China have introduced a special aerial photography drone course in the hope of cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability,thus making the training of aerial photography skills an important teaching element.However,the training of aerial photography skills is difficult due to the high risk factor,high training costs,slow improvement of skills and psychological stress of the students.In order to overcome the difficulties of teaching aerial photography drones,the University of S has developed the "Aerial Photography Drone" virtual simulation teaching system.However,as an educational software,the "Aerial Drone" virtual simulation teaching system is directly related to the quality of student learning,and to reflect the goodness of a software is to evaluate its usability.The author will mainly use the usability testing method,combined with the two usability evaluation methods of the questionnaire method,and apply this teaching system to a high school in Yangzhou for usability evaluation,in order to find usability problems,and finally propose improvements to the system according to the test results and the questionnaire.Suggest.Since this system is the product of the combination of the teaching platform and the virtual simulation system,two aspects can be considered when constructing the evaluation index of this system:on the one hand,we can refer to the usability index of the teaching platform,and on the other hand,we can refer to the usability index of the virtual simulation system.On the basis of combining the two indicators,a complete usability evaluation index system of the"aerial photography drone" virtual simulation teaching system is constructed according to the characteristics of the aerial photography training itself.The main work of this paper includes:1.Theoretical exploration of usability evaluation:By referring to the relevant literature of domestic and foreign experts and researchers on the usability of virtual simulation system and teaching platform,we summarize their views on the two aspects of usability indicators,combined with usability engineering theory and my own experience of the system.Practice,analyze the usability factors that affect the virtual simulation teaching system,and preliminarily determine the usability evaluation index;further modify and improve the evaluation index through the Delphi method,and conduct reliability and validity analysis of the revised evaluation index to ensure its scientificity;2.Practical exploration of usability evaluation:Conduct usability tests according to the usability evaluation index system finally established,recruit novice users,formulate testing tasks and plan the testing process,and analyse the usability of the system through the completion of testing tasks by novice users;after the testing tasks are completed,issue questionnaires to skilled users,and the purpose of the survey is mainly to explore the users’ approval of various functions of the system.3.Based on the results of the usability test and the questionnaire,the usability analysis of each functional module of the virtual simulation teaching system of "aerial drone" was carried out,and corresponding countermeasures and improvement suggestions were put forward for the usability problems of the system. |
