Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises expand rapidly,business models change with each passing day,and business expansion changes faster,which makes it difficult for traditional financial management model to match such changes.Therefore,the financial sharing mode has attracted the attention of academic and practical circles,in order to simplify the accounting process,improve management efficiency,reduce costs and increase benefits.This sharing mode is especially suitable for large and medium-sized enterprise groups.Financial sharing is more conducive to improving financial work efficiency,more conducive to realizing the process of industrial wealth,and can also enhance the level of enterprise financial management.Indeed,in practice,some financial sharing centers also have many shortcomings in the development,such as information barriers between parent and subsidiary companies,financial data is easy to be tampered with,information system instability,financial work tends to assembly line mode and other problems,these problems affect the development of financial sharing services in China.However,with the rapid technological change,blockchain,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies are also affecting the development of China’s economy and society,and will bring great changes to the accounting industry in the future.The distributed book block chain technology,intelligent contracts,timestamp,and other functions used in corporate finance sharing platform,can build a full of trust mechanism,simplify the business accounting processes,improve data security,promote the transformation of financial personnel,can help to solve financial problems in the operation of the sharing platform related issues.It is believed that the initiation of new technology will provide continuous power for the development of financial sharing service in China.Thesis select HR group companies as a case,by sharing the HR group financial center as a research focus,using literature research study the basic theory of financial sharing and chain blocks,use case analysis to explore the HR group of sharing platform of financial operation present situation,the study found that financial sharing platform run effective HR group,but there are also some problems,For example,there are data security risks in financial sharing platform,imperfect financial process management,uneven quality of financial personnel and other problems.Aiming at the existing problems and development direction of future financial sharing center,the introduction of block chain technology to optimize HR group financial sharing platform,firstly analyzes the chain block technique is applied to the financial feasibility of sharing platform of HR group,secondly according to existing problems put forward the optimization scheme,the final forecast expected results after optimization,And put forward the block chain technology of HR group financial sharing platform optimization and upgrading safeguards.It is hoped that the optimization plan of the financial sharing center of HR Group can provide some optimization ideas for other enterprises,solve the deficiency of the traditional financial sharing platform of enterprises,guarantee the work quality of the financial sharing center,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
