With the maturity of intelligent vehicle technology,people’s requirements for automobile display screen are gradually increasing,especially its unique human vehicle interaction function.Because the 3D display screen made of curved glass has the advantages of smooth surface,simple appearance and excellent optical performance,it provides guarantee for good human vehicle interaction function.Therefore,the research on hot bending heating technology of 3D display screen has major research value.However,there are still some problems in this technology,such as the selection and determination of process parameters in heating stage.Emulation imitated technology can be accustomed to study the change of glass,so as to provide the best parameters for the hot bending heating process.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,by introducing three thermodynamic heat transfer modes,the heat transfer arch of curved glass is determined,the correlation between glass parameters and temperature and the change of glass strain were studied.between glass thermodynamic parameters and temperature is studied,and the viscoelastic model is used as its constitutive model to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Next,the simulation model of glass heating process is established by generalized five dimensional Maxwell model.The relevance between craft value of conventional heating system and voltage and temperature field is analyzed by ANSYS software.Considering the shortcomings of traditional heating methods,an improved multi-stage heating method is proposed and imitated.Contrast with the emulation imitation verdict of single-step heating,the feasibility of multi-step heating is proved.A second time,on account of the imitation conclusion of heating stage,the forming stage of craft glass is emulation imitated,the influence of different forming value on the forming situation is imitated,and the conclusion are analyzed.Finally,the thermoelectric arc and thermoforming experiments of folded glass are designed.Through the observation,measurement and comparison of batch formed glass achieve under different process parameters,the optimum craft value are specified.Simulation improved processing order and numeric simulation actions.Inclusive analysis and imitate trial,the thermal environment and thermal transversion of glass are studied.It not only provides research help for follow-up scientific research work,but also provides parameters for practical technology.
