With the rapid development of the construction industry,people’s requirements for building appearance are improved.Curved glass curtain wall is widely used in buildings because of its good appearance effect and excellent daylighting.However,the traditional process of making curved glass curtain wall consumes a lot of energy and time.Therefore,a kind of simple construction,energy-saving,low-cost and short-time-consuming production emerges as the times require.However,the research on the design theory of cold-formed SGP laminated glass under reversed load is still in the blank stage at home and abroad.In this paper,SGP laminated glass plate was tested.The influence factors of cold bending twist rate,SGP film thickness and glass plate thickness on the mechanical properties of glass plate were studied:First,the cold bending test of SGP laminated glass was carried out to study the stress variation law of glass plate.It was found that the cold bending internal stress of glass plate increased linearly with the increase of cold bending twist rate,and the maximum cold bending internal stress was located at the short corner adjacent to the cold bending corner.The cold bending stress increases with the increase of SGP film thickness,but the effect is small.Second,it is found that the maximum stress in the center of the cold bending plate can be transferred from the center of the cold bending plate to the maximum stress at the center of the cold bending test when the maximum stress is transferred from the main bending point to the cold bending point The results show that the maximum principal stress increases with the increase of the cold bending twist rate and the thickness of SGP;the maximum deflection is near the glass plate center,and the deflection value increases with the increase of cold bending twist rate and SGP glue thickness.Third,the ultimate bearing capacity test shows that only the glass plate on the lower surface is damaged without slag splashing.The ultimate bearing capacity of SGP laminated glass decreases with the increase of cold bending twist rate and the thickness of SGP.Fourth,ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the cold bending test and reverse uniform load test of SGP laminated glass.The simulation results are compared with the test results,and the two agree well,indicating the feasibility of the model.Based on the model,the simulation results show that the growth rate of the maximum principal stress is related to the thickness of the glass panel.The thicker the glass plate is,the slower the growth rate of the maximum principal stress is;the maximum principal stress of the reverse uniform load increases with the increase of the thickness of the glass plate,and the increasing rate becomes faster with the increase of the thickness of the glass plate;the reverse uniform load is the best The large deflection decreases with the increase of glass plate thickness,and the decreasing rate increases with the increase of glass plate thickness.
