| Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,the progress of digital technology makes human beings move from the material world to the digital world.Digital economy is the main driving force for the stable development of the world economy.In 2021,China’s digital industry has reached more than 35% of the total annual GDP.As an important pillar of China’s economic development,the manufacturing industry started late in the digital transformation.Therefore,accelerating the digital transformation has become an important strategic goal of the current home appliance manufacturing enterprises.The demand of China’s home appliance market has become saturated,the market competition has become increasingly fierce,and the demand of consumers has gradually upgraded.The urgent task for the decision-makers of enterprises is to think about how to apply digital technology in enterprises to get rid of difficulties.As one of the leading enterprises of household appliances in China,H company has started to implement digital transformation in 2012 to find new profit growth points,and the enterprise performance has been significantly improved.At present,there are few academic discussions on the profit model of household appliance manufacturing enterprises,so this paper selects H company as the research object,and makes a vertical analysis on its financial data from 2016 to 2021.The analysis shows that H company’s profitability continues to rise,cash flow is abundant,profit growth is large,and the overall performance of the enterprise is good.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics of H company’s profit model from the five elements theory of profit model,combined with the digital transformation background of H company,and obtains the characteristics and problems of H company in five aspects: profit point,profit object,profit source,profit measures and profit barrier.Finally,based on the five factor theory,this paper makes a comparative analysis between H company and its main competitors M company and G company in terms of products,customer acquisition mode,interconnection system,cost control,channels and technologies,and concludes that H company’s overall profit model is relatively perfect,but it still has the following problems: slow product intellectualization process,single digital customer acquisition mode,weak profitability of interconnection system,single cost control measures The advantages of digital technology are not obvious, and corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward to help H company further optimize its profit model under the background of digital transformation.At the same time,it also provides some experience and Enlightenment for the profit model optimization of other home appliance manufacturing enterprises in China,such as specific suggestions on product intelligence,establishing an Internet system,improving production management efficiency,etc.,to help them improve enterprise performance. |
