| As one of the key components of locomotives,the quality of locomotive wheels has a direct impact on the quality and safety of locomotives.In response to the development trend of high speed,heavy load and long delivery roads of Chinese railways and the reform of the locomotive repair process and system,in order to improve the scientific decision-making level of locomotive wheel overhaul and digital precision overhaul,it has become an important part of locomotive overhaul work to promote the in-depth application of fault prediction and health management technology in the professional management of wheels.This thesis compares and summarizes two outstanding problems in the current situation of locomotive wheel overhaul strategy from two levels of technical management and field operation,and proposes a solution based on PHM technology to establish a locomotive wheel health state evaluation system and optimize the economic turning reprofiling model in order to optimize the locomotive wheel overhaul strategy with the principle of target-oriented and safety-oriented.Based on the requirements of locomotive wheel management and the current situation of actual overhaul,a total of 48 evaluation items,including wheel size parameters,fault alarm information,wheel wear and wheel damage,are integrated to establish a locomotive wheel health condition evaluation model,classify and grade the wheel health condition,and guide locomotive wheel overhaul arrangements.The model is optimized in three aspects: wheel rim thinning plan,basic turning recommendations and turning process requirements,and the design of an economic turning process for the whole train is extended.The work specifications were formulated from two aspects: the turning plan and the turning workflow,and the operational requirements were clarified to improve the quality and control of locomotive wheel turning and reprofiling operations.A comparative analysis of the application effect of the solution initially verifies the feasibility and practicality of PHM technology for optimising the locomotive wheel overhaul strategy of the research unit.The wheel health status assessment can reflect the actual quality status of the wheels,and personnel at all levels can take corresponding disposal measures according to the status tips in time to eliminate quality hazards and ensure operational safety.After the implementation of the locomotive wheel economical turning proposal,it helps to improve the quality control level of locomotive wheel turning operations,and the stage test data shows that the wheel diameter turning loss is reduced by about 13% and the wheel life is extended by more than 5%.After long-term implementation,it can effectively reduce wheel turning losses,extend wheel service mileage,improve locomotive operating efficiency and reduce wheel maintenance costs. |
