Locomotive wheel set is one of the most important parts of locomotive running,it can bear very large static load and dynamic load,and the quality of wheel set will be directly related to the safety of train.With the railway industry "across style" development of locomotive wheelset model more and more,and the specific parameters of various types of wheel also respectively has the difference,and there is no domestic a truly can satisfy various types of wheel back pressure test equipment.So this paper assume that through research,find a advanced automatic wheel back pressure test equipment,also meet various types of wheel back pressure test requirements,effectively improve the wheels' repair efficiency and quality,avoid to driving fault due to quality problems and the study is extended to other test equipment,breaking the monopoly of foreign products,effectively reduce the purchase cost,improve production efficiency.In this paper,firstly,the background of wheel set back pressure test equipment and the present situation at home and abroad are studied in this paper,and the research significance,objectives,content and research methods of this project are presented.Analysis of the structure and performance characteristics of the same kind of anti pressure equipment at home and abroad,draw on and absorb the advantages of the technical aspects,and then combined with the actual situation of enterprises,put forward the overall design scheme.The structure design of the frame is studied,the model of the frame construction,the material is given,and the finite element analysis is carried out to add the simulation load,and the optimization design of the weak part is carried out.The scheme design of the hydraulic system is studied,the whole scheme design of the loading part of the system is carried out,and the optimal control scheme of the hydraulic system is found.The hardware and software design of the control system,including the design of the electric system and the software and hardware of the automatic control system,is studied.The whole automatic control of the test process is realized by using VB programming.At last,the main research work is summarized,and suggestions for further research in the future are put forward.
