| Small radius curve of heavy haul railway has long been the focus and difficulty of maintenance work of Public Works Department.The Hulu-Fushengzhuang section of Tangshan Baotou railway has a long history of construction,low design standards and weak equipment foundation.There are 80 curves with a radius of less than 1000 m,with a total extension length of 51.52 km,accounting for 32.33% of the total length of the line.Small radius curves are mostly affected by heavy load train loads,which aggravates the damage of vehicles to track components and the accumulation of residual deformation of track bed,and causes problems such as rail wear and wheel tread damage,It will have a certain impact on the safe and smooth operation of the train,and even threaten the driving safety in serious cases.On the basis of summarizing the problems and solutions of small radius curve at home and abroad,starting from the actual situation of small radius curve of Tangbao railway,this paper analyzes and obtains three main problems of small radius curve of Tangbao Railway: poor geometric state,rail wear and damage,and foundation ballast bed disease.Among them,the poor geometric state of the line will affect the safety and stability of driving,and further worsen the stress relationship between wheel and rail,which will aggravate the occurrence of rail damage and track bed diseases.The influence of track height and track irregularity under the above six track conditions is further analyzed by using the simulation software of UM track irregularity and track irregularity.Through the comparative analysis of TQI in small radius curve section and straight section of Tangshan Baotou railway,the improvement effect of large machine tamping on single irregularities such as height and level is studied.It is found that TQI has some shortcomings in evaluating the state of heavy haul railway lines and the quality of large machine tamping,especially in terms of the improvement effect of single indicators such as rules and track direction,The index htqi,which is more suitable for judging the status of heavy haul railway lines and the tamping quality of large machinery,is put forward.Then,by comparing and analyzing the cumulative distribution of TQI and htqi frequency of Tangshan Baotou railway in 2020,the management standard of htqi of Tangshan Baotou railway is given.By studying the htqi deterioration law of Tangmen Baotou railway,the htqi value deterioration rate k is proposed,and the calculation method is given.Then,through the analysis and research of the K value,combined with the situation before and after the large machine cleaning of Tangmen Baotou railway and the field investigation,the quality evaluation method for the geometric state of the KM track of Tangmen Baotou railway based on htqi is established,and the quality index HT value of the KM track and the htqi deterioration rate k value are comprehensively analyzed,The line status is divided into five levels of "excellent,good,average,poor and poor",and specific renovation suggestions are given according to the line conditions in different situations.Finally,the best time for large machine tamping and large machine screening to solve the problem of poor track geometry status of Tangbao Baotou railway is determined. |
