As the basic industry of China’s industrial development,the sealing industry is widely used in all aspects of industrial production and plays an important role in industrial development.Although the industry characteristics determine its limited scale and market capacity,its development level directly affects the efficiency of industrial production.With the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" national strategy and the further deepening of reform and development,the competition in the sealing industry has intensified,and companies must adjust their strategies in a timely manner to stand in the market.Company Y is making strategic adjustments under such a background.However,how to adapt to the needs of strategic adjustment as the most critical marketing segment of the enterprise and how to optimize the marketing strategy under the new enterprise strategy have become an urgent problem for Company Y to solve.This thesis takes Y company as the research object,combines strategic management theory and marketing related theories,and discusses the optimization and adjustment of Y company’s marketing strategy under the background of strategic adjustment.This paper firstly discusses the problems faced by Y Company’s marketing after strategic adjustment,and combines Y Company’s macro environment,competitive environment,and enterprise advantages and disadvantages to make an in-depth analysis of Y Company’s marketing strategy after strategic adjustment,and focuses on the research.Under the strategic transformation of Y company from "sealing product supplier" to "sealing system service supplier",how to adapt to the adjustment of corporate strategic direction and changes in the external environment through marketing optimization,and to face the lack of product system solutions,Insufficient price support from corporate brands,direct sales-based channel mode restricting corporate expansion,and lack of promotion methods for sealed products,etc.In response to these marketing problems,it is proposed that Y company should change its consciousness to adapt to the new strategic needs of the company,increase the Research and development efforts,establish a one-stop solution path for metallurgical industry sealing system solutions,strengthen brand building,increase premium space,strengthen channel construction,establish a series of marketing optimization strategies such as diversified channel models,and put forward the necessary marketing optimization strategies for the implementation.To ensure the effective operation of marketing optimization strategyThis paper can not only provide effective suggestions for the sustainable development of company Y,but also provide a reference for marketing optimization for the same type of industrial product manufacturers in similar environments.
