| Over the years,the development of the railway has made obvious achievements,especially in the aspect of line turnouts.There are about 150,000 sets of turnouts in operation on the whole road,and remarkable progress has been made in the manufacture,laying and maintenance of turnouts.At the same time,the design,manufacture and daily application of turnouts have also exposed some problems,among which the damage of turnout rails is one of the more serious problems,which not only brings great trouble to the production and maintenance of public works equipment management units,but also more important It is the damage of turnout rails such as core rails,wing rails,and pointed rails,which will cause serious consequences such as train derailment.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the research methods and paths of force analysis on the damage of frog rails at home and abroad,the damage law and causes of the rails in the frog area are analyzed.There are many structural parts,large structural rigidity and obvious structural irregularity in the frog area of the turnout.Therefore,under the impact load of the train,the damage of the frog rails occurs frequently,which affects the safe service performance of the turnout.This paper first collects the injury cases of fixed frogs on the whole road,and counts the frog injury data in the Houma North Works Section of Taiyuan Bureau from 2018 to 2021.The data includes the types of heart rail,wing rail damage,damage The damage law of the rail of the fixed frog is summarized and analyzed,and the common damage of the frog is summarized and analyzed.Focusing on the typical cases of turnout rail damage,the finite element static analysis method is used to study the damage of the core rail,the wing rail,the cause of the damage,and the force analysis,and the specific damage causes and preventive measures are obtained..Finally,suggestions are put forward from the three aspects of the switch manufacturer,the latest frog maintenance method of the public works department,and the update and research and development of the switch,so as to prolong the life cycle of the rail and rail,reduce the damage of the rail in the frog area,and improve the service performance of the switch. |
