| At present, Chinese railways' development gets a new upsurge ,it's committed to the construction of large-scale high-speed railways and passenger dedicated line .Turnout is the weakest point of track structure in high speed railway, and it's the key equipment controlling running speed of trains, and it is also the hot and difficult field for the railway track structure's studying.How to keep up with the needs of transport, ensure the security of high-speed trains, laying and conservation of No 18 simple turnout to match 60 kg /m rail on 250 km/h passenger dedicated line make a very good attempt. No doubt it will accumulate valuable experience for Chinese high-speed railways' design, manufacturing, laying and conservation, and will have great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance for the development of railway and the building of the national economy.Combining the research of domestic passenger dedicated line on the high-speed turnout, this paper gives a briefing introduction on the structure of foreign high-speed turnout, and introduces the total turnout plans and structural design of No 18 simple turnout matching 60 kg /m rail on passenger dedicated line. According to the laying and using experience of the turnouts on the existing line in Wuhan Railway Bureau, we propose laying methods and quality control requirements of the passenger dedicated turnout. Based on the accuracy requirements of the passenger dedicated turnout, we propose some methods of turnout laying, such as turnout teloping laying machine instead of the traditional laying method. Based on the needs of high-speed trains, we explore the maintenance system of the passenger dedicated line's turnout, seek after the means of maintenance, and practice some new conservation methods for barrier-free turnout tamper, turnout precise positioning and weld repair maintenance management and others. At the same time this paper puts forward specific measures and methods according to the common diseases of turnouts. This paper also summarize conservation laws and characteristics of high-speed turnout, and gives a number of recommendations and observations on the transformation of existing railway lines' turnouts, new passenger dedicated lines turnouts on passenger-freight mixed railways and the new high-speed passenger dedicated railways turnout. |
