| In today’s era,how to improve the living mode,such as the research of construction mode or operation process,to improve the production,construction and use efficiency is very important.In this context,summarizing and refining the previous construction mode and construction engineering operation mode experience,integrating into other disciplines of digital manufacturing and concurrent engineering theory of advanced methods,can greatly improve the efficiency of construction activities.This study takes the architectural planning and design of the tourist center project in the actual tourist attractions as the breakthrough point,and integrates the advanced concepts of management,trying to find the common features of architectural planning and concurrent engineering,and how to improve the efficiency of the existing architectural planning.The reason why concurrent engineering theory is introduced into this study is that architectural planning is not paid enough attention in the past building construction process.This paper summarizes the similarities and differences of these two related concepts,and summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of building construction.It can play a great role in promoting architectural planning by fully applying the concept of full declaration cycle and the construction organization method of maximum efficiency in architectural construction activities.Through this study,it is concluded that the five major characteristics of architectural planning are collaborative,open,interactive,distributed and flat.The primary goal of this paper is to improve the quality and customer satisfaction,reduce the cost and engineering cycle,and make the construction activities more energetic and competitive.Through this study and the completion of the real case,it can provide the basis for in-depth research for the later architectural construction activities,architectural planning and post evaluation. |
