| In our country, scenic spot has rich natural landscape and cultural landscape resources,and is advancing steadily. Scenic spot with different types and varieties,especially themountain type with unique charm and beautiful environment, is attracting tourists at homeand abroad and becomes the contemporary trend. With the rapid economic development ofthis stage, tourism has already become a kind of fashion.This paper explores the current situation of the Erlang Mountain scenic spot first, thenpoint out existing problems in the initial planning and propose solutions. And use thelandscape resources comprehensive evaluation to evaluate mountain scenic spot landscapequality of resources, with the concept of sustainable development theory and landscapeecology as the basic guiding ideology,develop planning principles, divides view of scenic spot,landscape conservation planning, road traffic, plant configuration, and so on. The conclusionas follows:(1)、Through the cultural landscape of mountain scenic spot resources and naturallandscape resources investigation, evaluation can be seen, the scenic spot landscape resourcesare rich, mainly embodied in its unique Taoist temple culture and so on.(2)、 Harmonious ecological environment is the prerequisite for the sustainabledevelopment of scenic spot, mountain scenic spot landscape resources investigation analysisis relatively weak, distribution of plant species, such as small, by reasonable selection treespecies, increase plant species rich mountain ecological environment, to make it to becomehas the very high aesthetic value and cultural value of the scenic spot.（3）、Through the mountain scenic spot scenic spot intensive investigation, andaccording to the characteristics of the scenic natural landscape resources and tourismdevelopment level, to more reasonable scientific planning and layout of the scenic spot, isconducive to the sustainable development of scenic spot.（4）、 After investigation and analysis to the existing road system, found that manyroads specifications within the scenic spot is unreasonable, not distract visitors guide tourist function, so in planning strictly according to the scenic spot, scenic spot layout, topographyand landform of set tour route, collocation set rest facilities meet the service to tourists.（5）、Scenic spot bears the demands such as tourists rest, guidelines, basic services suchas sightseeing, shopping, catering, parking requirement, so need to plan out when planningreasonable perfect service facilities.
