Underground comprehensive utility tunnel construction in the process of facing more engineering problems,due to the pipe rack line is longer,often meet with both the elevated Bridges cross,Ming excavation method is used for the utility tunnel construction is mostly construction,basic in more than 5 m,excavation depth excavation scope is larger,in deep foundation pit construction process of pipe will affect adjacent viaduct bridge pier,threat on adjacent viaduct Bridges safety operation.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the safety of adjacent viaduct piers during the construction of deep foundation pit of pipe gallery.Yangsi port in wuhan qing ling period of fast-track comprehensive utility tunnel deep foundation pit engineering as the background,according to the monitoring programme,field monitoring work,selection of utility tunnel construction of deep foundation pit under bad working conditions,the measured data and the results of numerical simulation and analysis of comprehensive utility tunnel deformation of deep foundation pit construction on adjacent viaduct bridge pier,provide certain reference for practical engineering.The main work carried out is as follows:(1)Consult domestic and foreign literature and data of deep foundation pit of pipe corridor,summarize the influence content of deep foundation pit construction causing deformation of adjacent pier,summarize the influence path of deep foundation pit construction causing deformation of adjacent pier,and summarize the deformation control measures of adjacent pier during deep foundation pit construction.(2)the field monitoring,adverse selection under the condition of the construction section,for utility tunnel deep foundation pit adjacent piers under construction stage of horizontal and vertical displacement monitoring,according to the monitoring data analysis adjacent viaduct pier horizontal,vertical displacement and adjacent piers uneven settlement,according to the deformation law,analysis of the impact of the condition of adjacent piers.(3)Combined with the specific construction conditions,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to conduct three-dimensional modeling numerical analysis on the selected construction section,and determine the constitutive model,model size,material parameters,contact element and other related modeling conditions.By comparing the simulation results with the field measured data,the correctness of the finite element model is verified.The verified numerical simulation method is used to make supplementary analysis on the deformation characteristics and laws of adjacent bridge piers,so as to guide the follow-up work.(4)According to the deformation characteristics of piers in each construction stage and combined with the field engineering practice,the construction method that causes large deformation of adjacent piers in the construction process of deep foundation pit of pipe tunnel is optimized.
