With the development of urban landscaping,three-dimensional landscaping,as a derivative subdivision of landscape industry,has been put forward,and more and more attention.However,to achieve profitability of three-dimensional greening enterprises is very few.SCL Greening Engineering Co.,LTD.(referred to as "SCL Company"),an emerging three-dimensional greening engineering company,is committed to becoming a leader in the three-dimensional greening industry,and its business model is entirely centered on how to achieve corporate profits.From 2018 to 2020,SCL company made a great loss of 26.32 million yuan,and investment was tightened due to the impact of the epidemic and real estate policies,the loss situation is becoming more.Therefore,how to innovate the business model is of great importance.Based on the theory of nine elements of business model,the thesis systematically analyzes the existing business model of the enterprise.Comprehensive use of analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,and Delphi method to evaluate SCL’s business model,find out the problems in SCL’s current business model,deeply analyze the reasons for the company’s losses,and innovate its business model design.The innovative design of SCL’s business model is adjusted from five directions:key business,core resources,important partners,revenue sources,and cost structure.Improve the efficiency of key business operations by building a new organizational structure.Encourage system innovation to achieve the goal of key business element innovation.Establish a financial management system independent of the group to improve the company’s core resource capabilities.Optimize the procurement model,join a new construction team,introduce an online bidding system,and innovate cooperation models.Optimizing and innovating the profit model from two aspects of revenue sources and cost structure.Finally,the paper puts forward safeguard measures for business model innovation in three aspects: talents,systems,and funds.This paper studies the SCL company’s business model,puts forward the business model innovation scheme,solves the SCL company’s survival and development problems,and has practical guiding significance for the sustainable development of SCL Company.The innovation of SCL company’s business model is the display of the phased achievements of three-dimensional greening development.This paper is an initiative.It lays the foundation and provides the research material for the future research of three-dimensional greening business model.
