| The metallurgical industry has long been important to the environment,and the dust in the storage yard will cause serious pollution to the air and surrounding environment,the existing open-air material yard environmental protection transformation is imperative.Space reticulated shell structure has the advantages of small mass,large space and excellent wind resistance,so many material yard shed engineering have chosen this structural form.For a long time,the finite element method used for reticulated shell structures,a singular matrix equation is formed by coupling the parameters such as rod displacement and then the spring stiffness is introduced to solve the equation.Although this calculation method is quick to use,However,the effect of reticulated shell structure on the undersupport structure is neglected when it is applied to the reticulated shell structure of storage yard.Based on the existing theory of long-span reticulated shellconcrete independent column structure,combined with practical engineering cases,The author uses professional reticulated shell structural analysis software and popular structural design software to establish a combined model,and found that cylindrical reticulated shell can correct the calculation stiffness of the support to a certain extent.If this correction effect is ignored,some mesh shell members will exceed the limit,which will affect the safety of the whole structure.It is found that the correction effect is related to the equivalent spring stiffness of the support itself by establishing several global models controlling a single variable,and the larger the equivalent spring stiffness is,the greater the correction effect is.This design analysis method considering the modification of supporting stiffness makes the design process of reticulated shell structure of storage yard more perfect,and has certain reference significance for designers engaged in this kind of structure design. |
