Based On The Construction Simulation Of Large-span Reticulated Shell Dry Coal Shed Structure Designed Improved

The basic design idea of the dry coal shed is on the use-stage mode,but the force ofthe reticulated shell dry coal shed structure in the use phase is different from the force ofthe construction process. The general design software is based on various stages ofconstruction by adding the construction loads during construction of the reticulated shelldry coal shed,however,it cant real responed the rods continuity changes in the theconstruction process, there are some security risks.In this paper, as a large-span of three hearts cylindrical reticulated shell dry coalshed for engineering research background, the first use MSTCAD space grid designsoftware for structural design considering the construction process of dry coal shed, andthen using ANSYS finite element software to analyzing shell use-stage model of staticanalysis; combination of ANSYS unit of life and death technology simulateing twocommon used reticulated shell dry coal sheds construction process (unit block slidingmethod,),analyzing the construction process the force of the reticulated shell structuralbars, and compared the static analysis of reticulated shells under internal forces,deformation to identify difference between the two. According to the results:reticulatedshell dry coal shed part of the member forces beyond the use phase rod internal forces inthe construction process; the unit block sliding method have a great influence on chords;unit slip cumulative method have a great influence on web member, Which was provedthe necessity of the construction simulation, and by ANSYS construction simulationreticulated shell structure design dry coal shed to improve, provide some guidance forthe design and construction of future similar reticulated shell dry coal shed.
