With the rapid popularization of Internet and large data application,people entered a new economic era,and the flexible employment is a form of employment in current market economy environment of innovation,to alleviate the enterprise special period to hire,solve the employment problem of certain people,reduce the labor costs play an important role,is the traditional pattern of employment on the basis of a great supplement.According to authoritative statistics,nearly half of Chinese enterprises have used flexible labor,and more enterprises say they plan to use flexible labor when the time is right in the future.As domestic flexible employment in spreading,adopting flexible employment increasing of enterprise,choice of flexible employment workers continue to increase,flexible patterns of employment are also constantly update and change,but at present our country about the emerging labor relations under the flexible employment lack of perfect laws and regulations and policy guidance,the industry has not formed unified perfect enterprise management system,In recent years,the labor-management conflicts broke out in China’s enterprises under flexible employment from nothing,from less to more,and gradually caused widespread concern in the society.Throughout the domestic and foreign academic circles,research on labor conflicts started earlier,but the study of flexible employment of labor disputes are numbered,in addition,the existing research mainly about the labor disputes from the perspectives of political science,sociology,economics,etc,from the perspective of human resource management,it is rare to analyze the causes and countermeasures of labor conflict from the perspective of enterprise behavior and employee psychological changes.In this paper,comprehensive utilization of literature research,case analysis,field interviews,questionnaire survey and other research methods,its background of flexible employment status of A company,A company under the flexible employment labor conflict cases for investigation and analysis,the unique with the analysis of organizational identification theory and psychological contract theory,A flexible employment psychological change of the employees,Finally,the paper analyzes the causes of labor conflict under flexible employment of A company and puts forward scientific solutions to labor conflict.The original intention of this study is to help A company resolve the labor conflict under flexible employment in a targeted way,and also to remind more flexible employment enterprises to pay more attention to the work needs and psychological change process of flexible employment.Flexible employment enterprise should through the implementation of "equal pay for equal work" salary welfare system,formulate fair obtainment and promotion system,more attention and care about flexible labor workers to improve their sense of belonging and organization,esteemed attention to maintain the balance of the psychological contract of both sides of Labour and capital,to prevent the destruction of the psychological contract violation,even under the flexible employment Violent collective action has resulted in the outbreak of industrial conflict.Also sincerely hope our country legislation to improve and introduce relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible,the government departments timely formulate relevant policies to strengthen the management and guidance of the flexible employment industry,many measures and effectively prevent the happening of the flexible employment of labor disputes,so as to further create a harmonious and orderly flexible employment labor relations,make flexible employment enterprise efficient operation,Those employed in flexible employment have benefited from their work,and the flexible employment industry has developed healthily.
