Under the background of rapid transformation and green development of the construction industry,prefabricated building has become an important means to promote the industrialization and environmental protection development of the construction industry.In the period of the transformation of new and old construction methods,prefabricated buildings have added new construction links such as deepening design,component production,component transportation and assembly construction,which have higher requirements for the unity of the whole process of construction projects.It is urgent to have a platform that can unify the information of the whole process and coordinate the management of projects.In order to realize the efficient transmission and visual analysis of information data of prefabricated building projects,this paper establishes a bridge between construction drawing and engineering software through programming language,and proposes a new data linkage management method.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into the following four aspects:1.Obtain the graphic information and annotation information in the structural construction drawings and convert them into XML standard model interactive data by self-programming in Python language.Taking Tekla,Revit,YJK and PKPM as the research object,the model data is converted into each other in different software,and the conversion mode and data integrity are compared to get the best data bearing mode,which is the basis for the demonstration of the carrier of construction drawing data extraction.2.Through C# language self-programming,the XML information data is transformed into the Tekla entity model,and the assembly component is deepened.The automatic modeling method of precast beam,precast board,precast column and precast wall is studied.Through the Open modeling programming interface in Tekla Open API,the modeling rules of different precast components are studied by using C#programming language,and the XML information data is linked with Tekla model to realize the automatic modeling.3,based on object-oriented programming logic,through C# language self programming,according to the prefabricated beam model has been built,to identify the beam outline point,through the position of the outline point to build the prefabricated beam steel bar.By using programming language,the XML information data of beam and rebar is linked with the automatic modeling,and the rebar arrangement of the assembled member in the model is carried out.4.Systematically studied the information visualization of prefabricated building project model,realized the information data visualization through the Chart control of Windows Form,and made the data more convenient to read and compare.Design information data visualization management framework system,the data of each stage of the project visualization management analysis,improve the management efficiency of the project.
