With the continuous development of industrial technology in China’s modern society,the competition between enterprises,not only rely on qualified products anymore but all-round competition which including manpower,material,method,machine and environmental.The fundamental of shrink cost,improve yield all depends on reliable and stable equipment running.Therefor how to manage equipment,revealed the pivotal role of the company.Thinking and improving OEE become a daily job by management role.The way to improve the competitiveness and bring profits to company should go through constantly advancing equipment maintenance skill and the procedure reforming.TPM(Total productive maintenance),A new equipment maintenance management theory.By improving the quality of maintenance and people skills to optimize OEE,though analysis equipment effectiveness and running time to keep it constantly at high performance.Simultaneously,by advocates whole members participation and selfmaintain principle,Finding and resolving equipment problems in time.This dissertation based on TPM theory,by research of SRG Global Company,analysis the problem where company faced,E.g.,low OEE performance,high maintenance frequency,unclear equipment status,long waiting time.Etc.,Given specific improvement measures to the Company.The first chapter is the introduction,which forms the research ideas by studying the advanced theories of equipment maintenance;The second chapter referring of equipment maintenance knowledge then creating TPM index;The third chapter analyzes the problems where exists in SRG Global company;The fourth chapter design TPM system and carried out solution,The core is implement TPM method based on5 S,combined with preservation activities to reduce the equipment maintenance rate;The fifth chapter studies the guarantees of TPM activities in SRG company,focusing on financial analysis is a key;The last part is the conclusion and prospect.In general,this dissertation of TPM research based on SRG Global company but it can be used for most of the manufacturing enterprises,With the successful implementation of TPM activity,it brings the “second chance” of enterprises.
