Spiral bevel gears have the advantages of stable transmission,low noise and compact structure.The gear tooth surface is different from straight teeth and helical teeth,and tooth surface structure is complicated.The helical angle has the characteristics of equal magnitude and opposite direction.So far,there are many parameters to design the gear,and some parameters need to be determined by experience.The gear processing has a high requirement for machine tool.At the same time,the regulation system of the domestic machine tool itself exists error.In the process of machining debris and temperature can also affect the influence of processing precision.Further research is needed on the forming of gear gears.Spiral bevel gears are often used in important parts of the machine,bearing the responsibility of safe operation of machinery.The stiffness and strength have higher requirements.It is necessary to conduct tooth contact analysis on the machined gear.Determine the application site of gear according to the analysis results.The main research contents are as follows:According to the principle of spiral bevel gear meshing and design requirements.The tooth surface equations of big and small wheels are established.And the MATLAB tooth surface discrete point program.Basic parameters of the output gear modeling and tooth surface discrete point coordinates.According to the calculation of gear parameters using three-dimensional modeling software to draw gear.The discrete points draw gear’s tooth surface import three-dimensional software.The spiral bevel gear three-dimensional model is established.Spiral bevel gear to make use of Hypermesh pre-treatment.Establish a reasonable finite element mesh analysis model.At the same time,set the method of finite element model boundary conditions and load is analyzed by way of loading.To establish a reasonable boundary conditions and loading ways of the load.Full preparation for dynamic and static finite element analysis.Static contact analysis was performed on the model.Get the gear tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress nephogram.Analyzes the gear tooth surface contact stress under different load condition and the effect of the change of the load of gear transmission error.And draw the corresponding transmission error curve.The influence of different load on gear transmission is summarized.Dynamic contact analysis was performed on the model.Analysis of different damping,friction coefficient inertial load and main wheel speed on the driven wheel speed and the change of contact force between tooth surface curve.And sums up the factors influencing parameters on the effects of transmission gear mesh.For the future gear research scholars to provide reference data.
