| With the rapid development of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,the proportion in the field of public construction engineering is increasing,and the complexity of multi-disciplinary system requires high quality and high standard for the technical level of mechanical and electrical installation technology.In particular,it is necessary to accelerate the informatization management level of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.Therefore,BIM Technology is applied to assist the in-depth design and on-site construction of electromechanical installation engineering in public building projects,so as to realize multi-disciplinary collaborative design of electromechanical installation engineering and information management of construction site.Taking a media center project,an administrative office building project and a citizen center project as examples,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the construction of electromechanical installation engineering by using BIM Technology.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the project,the basic principles and standards of BIM model modeling are studied and formulated,and the digital information model of building structure and electromechanical professional system is established by using BIM Technology;Through the collision inspection,the effective collisions between professional systems are screened,and the causes of collision types of various disciplines are analyzed and summarized;Then,it puts forward the priorities for the integrated and optimized layout of public buildings,formulates the comprehensive layout principle of on-site pipeline optimization and adjustment,applies BIM Technology to assist the electromechanical installation project for in-depth design,feeds back the drawing problems with the design and construction participants,and makes drawing changes;Secondly,in view of the difficulties in the construction management of on-site electromechanical installation of public buildings,carry out construction simulation for the complex area of on-site pipeline layout,optimize and adjust the on-site pipeline installation scheme,and provide visual construction disclosure for on-site electromechanical installation;Finally,through the comparative analysis of the quantities before and after the integrated management optimization and the income analysis of BIM Technology in the electromechanical installation engineering of public buildings,this thesis summarizes the economic and social benefits of the application of BIM Technology to assist the construction of electromechanical installation engineering in public building projects.In this thesis,BIM Technology is applied to effectively solve the problems of comprehensive management layout design and on-site construction management in the electromechanical installation project of public buildings,avoid the collision with other disciplines,carry out unnecessary demolition and modification,speed up the progress of on-site construction period,and provide practical experience and technical ideas for the electromechanical installation project of public buildings. |
