With the development of society,the functions of various specialties of electromechanical systems are becoming more and more advanced,and the types of electromechanical engineering integrated pipelines are increasing,people put forward higher request to the safety,intelligence,comfort and energy-saving of the building.Traditionally,two-dimensional software(such as CAD)is used to draw mechatronics engineering drawings,and local elevation drawings are used to solve the problem of electromechanical pipeline integration,so as to achieve the goal of reasonable pipeline layout.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in the construction of electromechanical installation engineering to reduce the collision point of integrated pipelines and realize the reasonable arrangement of integrated pipelines in electromechanical engineering is the core:1.Reducing the collision point to realize the reasonable arrangement of integrated pipelines according to the characteristics of traditional integrated pipelines and the law of the collision point of electromechanical integrated pipelines,the overall implementation scheme based on BIM to reduce the collision point of integrated pipelines and realize the reasonable arrangement of integrated pipelines is given,under the premise of meeting the requirements of Green,environmental protection and intelligence,strive to greatly improve the efficiency of pipeline synthesis.Through the uninterrupted visual model and collision detection function analysis,at the same time,it and the traditional artificial to carry on the deep adjustment synthesis pipeline to carry on the reference analysis,analyzes the difference,uses the collision detection function to take off the mediation,furthermore,the collision point reduction of integrated pipelines is minimized,and the BIM visualization model makes the optimal distribution of integrated pipelines.2、Reduce the collision point of integrated pipelines based on BIM technology:according to the analysis and research of traditional manual deepening of the collision point of integrated pipelines,complete the deepening drawing based on BIM part,thus reducing the collision point of integrated pipelines,including the reduction of elevation collision,routing collision,production process collision,space collision,aesthetic collision and so on.3.Based on BIM technology to achieve a reasonable integrated pipeline layout:according to the building space net height and integrated pipeline layout sense requirements,according to the modular solution,firstly,through the visual function of BIM model,the factors affecting the space net height and the layout of integrated pipelines are analyzed,and then the modules of special parts and special electromechanical engineering fittings are screened out according to the requirements of the factors,each functional module unit is designed to solve the installation of special parts to give specific solutions to achieve a special electromechanical engineering pipe prefabrication.4、For economic benefit: BIM-based cost planning can be achieved,and cost planning is based on the concept of target cost planning,implement cost plans that compare different versions,and cost plans that compare any version to the original.For social benefits: can shorten the construction period,can solve pre-problem,and can achieve pre-project visualization,achieve high-quality engineering,but also for other professional convenience.
