Research On Optimization Of Financial Management Mode Of XD Company

In the context of economic reform,the transformation of state-owned enterprises is particularly important.The financial management mode refers to the financial management system of the enterprise,which is the theoretical guidance of the organization structure,system and process for the realization of the overall financial goal of the enterprise.With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the advancement of the digitalization of information technology,the traditional financial management model is based on the traditional financial management model,the optimization of financial management mode with the concept of financial sharing service.Based on a systematic review of the relevant research on financial management models,this paper applies the theories of process reengineering,organization flattening and sharing economy,the method of literature research and case analysis are used to study and analyze it.XD company is a state-owned large-scale manufacturing enterprise.It adopts the decentralized financial management mode of “Centralized management and unified dispatch”for its capital,the incomplete implementation of overall budget management and the insufficient use of financial information lead to the failure of the decentralized financial management model to give full play to its management effect.On the basis of full investigation and the development of digital transformation and sharing economy,the author puts forward a new mode of financial sharing service,and formulates safeguard measures from four aspects:organization,system,talents and information system.By establishing a scientific and reasonable organization,improving the overall budget management system and increasing the utilization rate of the information system,the optimized financial management model is more conducive to the company’s centralized management and control over the subordinate units,mobilize the enthusiasm of subordinate financial institutions to improve enterprise performance.The study will not only help the reform of financial model of XD company,but also provide useful reference for the same type of large state-owned enterprises in China to optimize their financial management model and improve their performance.
