In the context of the development of global economic integration,the electrical appliance manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development.The popularization of computer network technology has brought the distance between economic entities closer and closer.Enterprises are constantly developing and expanding.More generally,the gradual increase of branches has further increased the difficulty of various aspects of enterprise management,constantly pushing up the requirements for financial services and calling for innovation in financial management models.Company H,an electrical appliance manufacturing company,is also facing severe market competition and urgently needs a model change for financial management.Company H’s financial management system has undergone many reforms,gradually transitioning from the initial centralized management model to the shared management model.At present,the reform of the(centralized)financial management system for centralized revenue and expenditure is in progress.The financial sharing service usually separates repetitive financial operations from strategic financial management.It is a new financial management model adopted by many large multinational corporations when carrying out financial management reforms.The construction of the financial shared service center is essentially to optimize and reform the internal financial business process of the company.The financial sharing center is responsible for handling a large number of repeated financial operations,and the financial management tasks are undertaken by the relevant business departments.The separation of the shared service center and the financial management department can greatly improve work efficiency,because the financial shared service center only needs to perform accounting and capital Payment and settlement,and the service functions of the financial information department.The accounting positions and cashiers of branches can be cancelled,and the head office can replace the accounting department with the office of financial statements.This article takes H company as a case study object,on the basis of summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,analyzes the development trend of domestic financial sharing services,analyzes the financial management status of H company,and designs the financial of H company based on financial sharing service center the new management model describes the implementation effect of the new financial management model.The technical path studied in this paper is: First,the basic concepts of shared services are defined,and the main characteristics,application categories,common models,and service advantages of financial shared services are summarized.Then,on the basis of a brief introduction to the theory of economies of scale,principal-agent theory,resource allocation theory and business process reengineering theory,the financial management status of H Company before the reform was analyzed,and the organization’s responsibility setting was chaotic,the degree of management standardization was low,and the data was analyzed.Problems such as distortion,disconnection of budget management,and internal supervision(control)are difficult to achieve.Subsequently,a new financial management model based on the financial shared service center of H Company was designed in a targeted manner,including target identification,task design,and program formulation.The characteristics of this article are mainly reflected in the design and implementation of the new financial management model of H Company based on the financial shared service center.The main work in this area is: discussing the target positioning and basic principles of the financial sharing service center;stipulating the functional positioning of the financial sharing service center from the aspects of resetting the responsibilities of financial institutions and strengthening the construction of financial management information;from the construction framework,the construction of the financial management information system and unified financial management standards started to construct the implementation plan of the financial shared service center.Through the implementation of responsibilities in financial operation management and financial budget management,Company H ’s accounting efficiency has been improved,economic benefits have been increased,and the expected implementation results have been received.The thesis also proposed further optimization measures to Company H on how to solve the new financial management problems found after the implementation of the new financial sharing scheme,and looked forward to how to promote the new financial management model based on the financial sharing center.
