In today’s society,people’s application of permanent magnet synchronous motor is not limited to the low-speed situation.The speed of high-speed PMSM can reach hundreds of thousands to millions of revolutions per hour,which greatly improves the operation efficiency.Therefore,the application is more common,such as blower,gas turbine,compressor,flywheel energy storage and so on.HSPMSM often has many goodness,including higher running speed,lower moment of inertia,faster response speed and so on.The control of HSPMSM is equivalent to the control of torque,and the kern of it is the control of stator side current.This paper intends to control q-axis current,and then realize the real-time control of torque,namely vector control method.But vector control method often faces two problems.The first is the strong coupling phenomenon of DQ axis of PMSM rotor,so feedforward decoupling is needed.The second is the problem of magnetic field orientation in the process of coordinate transformation,so we need to know the real time and accurate position information of the rotor.In this paper,the problem of rotor position lag in the process of high-speed operation of the motor is proposed,and the specific solutions are given,which are verified by experiments.This paper will briefly introduce the significance and principle of speed sensorless control method,put forward the basic problems of speed sensorless control method,and introduce the research status at home and abroad.According to the working principle of PMSM vector control,the setting parameters of current loop and speed loop are obtained through repeated experiments.Then the speed sensorless control strategy based on current model is introduced.This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of the rotor position error of PMSM speed sensorless control,and introduces a new current loop control correction method according to the phenomenon that the rotor position or control vector of PMSM lags behind the actual value of motor rotor position in the process of high-speed operation.According to the above method to build a simulation model,through MATLAB simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the medium speed domain and high speed domain,analyze the changes of the parameters,verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.Finally,the experimental platform of rotor position error correction is built,including the construction of hardware circuit and the writing of software program.This paper analyzes whether adding rotor position correction link in the process of practical application can solve the runaway phenomenon of the motor in the process of high-speed operation.The experiment shows that the proposed method can ensure the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the speed sensorless control of high-speed and stable operation.Through the research on speed sensorless control strategy of HSPMSM,the advantages and disadvantages of previous speed sensorless control strategy are summarized,and the principle is analyzed in detail combined with actual simulation.The correction method of rotor position delay in speed sensorless control method is proposed,which points out the direction for the next research of speed sensorless control method. |
