Research On The Design Strategy Of Reconstruction Of Existing Architectures From The Perspective Of Generalized Transparency

Under the background of the current multicultural integration,building functions and social needs have undergone tremendous changes.The growth rate of new buildings has slowed down,and the stock of existing buildings has continued to increase.How to rationally update the internal and external spaces of existing buildings has become one of the key practical research contents of the architectural discipline.However,the current architectural field has the deficiency of paying too much attention to the external form of the building and ignoring the internal spatial value of the building.The renewal process of the existing buildings often destroys the logic of the architectural space organization and causes the lack of architectural value,and the erasure of historical information creates collective memory lost and other issues.From the perspective of architecture,this research analyzes the core value of "generalized transparency".The four-dimensional concept of "time-space" in the theory of "generalized transparency" can effectively link the historical information superimposed in existing buildings.At the same time,the "form-space" organization mode emphasized by "transparency in a broad sense" can integrate diversified spaces and heterogeneous elements in the complex spatial organization of existing buildings,and make people understand the concept of "transparency" better.It is understood that from a simple visual feature to a broad multi-dimensional information,space,and element organization level,the promotion of "generalized transparency" theory can give full play to its strategic guidance and organizational integration role in the process of renovation and renewal of existing buildings.The research is carried out from five levels: current analysis of existing buildings,research and interpretation of historical theories,expression of characteristics of spatial renewal,construction of strategic methods,and application of empirical research.Through the research and analysis of the current situation of existing buildings in our country,the problems existing in the process of renovation and renewal of existing buildings in China are discussed.On this basis,systematically sort out the related concepts and theoretical development context of "generalized transparency",so as to clarify the value of the "form-space" organization of "generalized transparency",and discuss the relationship between "generalized transparency" and existing buildings.Space renewal is the internal connection between the use of materials,the generation of new and old relationships,and the integration of differentiated elements.Combining specific cases such as the renewal of Beijing Hutong to explore the specific expression of the spatial organization characteristics of "generalized transparency" in the renewal and transformation of existing buildings,that is,based on the background of "time-space compression",the spatial penetration and dissolution caused by "cultural form hybridization" The coming changes in the way of spatial perception have produced a "transparency" experience.In this way,a set of existing building space renewal strategies based on the interpretation of "generalized transparency" is established,that is,the transparent properties of materials,the logical generation of the relationship between the old and the new,the spatial narration triggers the reappearance of the scene,and the final manifestation of differences brings the symbiosis of heterogeneous elements..Combined with the personal participation in the Yuelushan University Town Science and Technology Port Renewal and Renovation Project,the rationality,feasibility and effectiveness of this method and strategy are verified.
