| Under the rapid progress trend of national economy and urbanization construction,industrial land in the city is very scarce,making multi-storey factories become an inevitable trend of factory development in the present and in the future.However,modern industry and large manufacturing technology are becoming increasingly mature,and mechanical and equipment are gradually advancing towards the goal of high-speed,intelligent and high performance.Affected by many factors,it is increasingly difficult for the equipment to reach the low vibration level and low noise standards.The upstairs of industrial equipment will cause the equipment vibration to have a bad vibration impact on the floor and the whole structure.It is not conducive to workers’ work and the safe of structure,or heavy damage to the main structure,causing major personal safety problems.This paper takes the multi-layer frame structure plant as the engineering background,mainly study equipment vibration resonance of plant structure and corresponding reinforcement technology.According to the existing plant drawing data and the field measurement,firstly,the vibration analysis of the multilayer frame structure,reveal the influence of the plant structure safety,put forward practical reinforcement technology,and then measure the new equipment vibration to the plant structure dynamic reaction.Here are the basic contents and results of this study:1.The floor resonance law of the vibration of the equipment is studied.According to the vibration test results of all the equipment operation in working condition 1 and working condition 2,the self-vibration frequency of the floor is calculated and compare the vibration frequency of the equipment.The floor vibration is mainly the forced vibration caused by the high-speed patch machine equipment.In addition,according to the Nomogram drawn from the measured data of each vibration measurement point,the vertical vibration of the measured local frequency field analysis slightly exceeds the GB50868-2013 requirements of the current “Permis Vibration Standard for Construction Engineering”.2.The factors affecting the floor resonance are studied.According to the drawings provided by the Owner,general structure design software(PKPM,SATWE)and SAP2000 are used to conduct the overall model of the plant and analyze the main vibration frequency of the vibration of the structure.Considering the existing vibration load and the dynamic load of the new equipment,the vertical vibration simulation analysis of the multi-story plant floor is concluded that the vibration of the equipment and the superposition of each equipment are the main influencing factors causing the vibration of the multi-story plant floor.3.The anti-resonance reinforcement technology and the reinforcement effect of the multi-layer frame structure are studied.According to the vertical vibration response law analysis of the plant floor under each working conditions,in situ reinforcement technology of the existing equipment and new equipment is proposed,The vibration performance of the plant before and after reinforcement is analyzed by finite element modeling and time history analysis,evaluates the plant reinforcement effect and optimize the reinforcement scheme. |
