| With the engineering background of the Wanjiakouzi RCC double-curvature arch dam,this paper is based on the real-time online monitoring of the complex and variable temperature field inside the dam by means of the distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring technology.Then it combines with ANSYS three-dimensional finite simulation technology to conduct a finite element simulation analysis of the temperature field and the temperature stress field inside the concrete dam.The main contents are as follows:1)A comparison of the advantages of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology over traditional point thermometers are analyzed.Besides,under the premise of practical engineering applications,a comprehensive explanation and summary has been worked out,including the principle of the distributed temperature sensing optical fiber sensors,the system structure,the rate determination of the sensing optical fiber and the on-site burial and the fiber-optic protection fusion,etc.In this way,the study finds out a set of methods and monitoring procedures of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement,which provides a reference for other projects.2)An introduction of the basic project overview of the Wanjiakouzi RCC double-curvature arch dam and the network layout of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement cable is given.Meanwhile,a comparison of the monitoring data of the conventional point thermometer with that of the distributed optical fiber is made.Based on the monitoring results of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement,the paper makes a trial analysis of the law for the changes of the temperature field inside the dam.Additionally,a figure of the temperature field at different moments inside the dam is drawn by means of Surfer12.0 software,so that the temperature field inside the dam body can be more intuitively presented.3)It then introduces the theory of three-dimensional finite element simulation of temperature field and temperature stress field of RCC dams.Moreover,a three-dimensional finite element model of RCC arch dam is proposed according to the meteorological and hydrological data of Wanjiakouzi arch dam and thermodynamic parameters of concrete and bedrock,etc.Therefore,this paper accomplishes the simulation of the dam concrete pouring process through the ANSYS-based technique of birth and death of element and other simulation technology processing.Finally,the three-dimensional finite element temperature stress field analysis of Wanjiakouzi RCC arch dam is well completed.4)Based on the real-time monitoring data of the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement,the grey GM(1,1)prediction model of the concrete high temperature and low temperature are proposed respectively,combining with the influencing factors of the temperature field of RCC arch dam and the Grey system theory,thus providing guidance for the construction company to give feedback quickly in short time so as to regulate the current temperature control measures. |
