Research On The Optimization Of Neighborhood Communication Space In Suzhou Pingjiang Historic District

With the acceleration of the modernization process,earth-shaking changes have taken place in lifestyle,living environment,and concepts.The urban historic districts have also made great progress and achievements in the renewal and transformation,but there are still some problems.As the largest historical district in Suzhou so far,Pingjiang Historic District has undergone different stages of optimization and renewal.It has made successful explorations in the renovation,renovation and protection of historic buildings,and so on.However,it has a great deal of space for the aborigines in the neighborhood to communicate with each other.Not enough attention.Therefore,this research starts from the neighborhood communication space in the Pingjiang Historic District in Suzhou,combined with relevant domestic and foreign theoretical research and practice,focuses on the daily interaction space required by residents in the neighborhood,conducts on-site investigations,summarizes current issues,and proposes targeted Optimize the design principles and strategies in order to optimize the transformation of a neighborhood communication space that truly meets the needs of residents,and regain the neighborhood’s emotions in the neighborhood.This article is divided into three parts,the first part is the first chapter,the second chapter and the third chapter,which belongs to the part of the basic theoretical research in the early stage.The first chapter explains the research background of this article and the current research status at home and abroad,discusses the research purpose,content and significance,and introduces the research methods and research framework.The second chapter is related basic theoretical research,explaining related concepts,and launching basic research and discussion around neighborhood interaction behavior and neighborhood interaction space.The third chapter is a case study,selecting excellent domestic and foreign neighborhood communication space renewal optimization projects to explain,sum up the best practices,and provide reference for the optimization principles and strategies in the following article.The second part is the fourth and fifth chapters,which is the main part of this article.The fourth chapter is divided into neighborhood interaction behavior and neighborhood interaction space survey from the research content.In the investigation of the neighborhood communication space,the basic situation of the neighborhood communication space in the Pingjiang Historic District was pre-investigated.On this basis,the existing communication space was divided into leisure neighborhood space and life neighborhood space for classification research to form a subjective survey.Through the questionnaire survey,the residents’ satisfaction with the use of the existing neighborhood communication space is obtained,and an objective survey is formed.Combining the subjective and objective research results,the current situation of the neighborhood communication space in the block is summarized.Authenticity.The fifth chapter is about optimization principles and strategies,and puts forward practical design references for the current situation in Chapter 4.The third part is the sixth chapter,which summarizes the full text,and proposes research deficiencies and prospects.This article has made a theoretical study on the neighborhood communication space in Suzhou Pingjiang Historic District,and provided a new optimization idea for the renewal and protection of this area in the future.
