In China’s modern textile industry,air conditioning water chamber is the main air conditioning equipment used in textile mills at present.Scaling and other problems will occur in the water system in the operation process.Scaling will cause the blockage of the spray pipe,water retaining plate and nozzle,which will shorten the operating life of the equipment and seriously affect the heat and humidity exchange efficiency of the air conditioning spray chamber.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the water quality of the spray.Aiming at the scaling problem of spray water in a textile mill in Xianyang,this thesis puts forward a reasonable and economical solution to improve the spray water quality and improve the efficiency of heat and moisture exchange in the spray chamber.In order to solve the scaling problem of a textile mill in Xianyang,the method of adding scale inhibitor is put forward.The method of adding scale inhibitor is characterized by simple operation,low input cost and satisfactory treatment effect.The high efficiency and environmental protection polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitor was selected to improve the water quality of spraying.First of all,the experiment selected polycarboxylic acid scale inhibitors,polyepoxysuccinic acid(PESA),polyaspartic acid(PASP),polyacrylic acid(PAA),to explore the influence of this kind of scale inhibitor on the scale inhibition performance under the influence of concentration,temperature,p H,calcium hardness,basicity.The scale inhibition rate of PESA was 90.14%,that of PASP was 83.1%,and that of PAA was 79.34%.By comparison,the scale inhibition rate of PESA was better than that of PASP and PAA,and PESA could maintain good scale inhibition performance under these conditions.According to the corrosion test,compared with PASP and PAA,PESA has less influence on the quality of galvanized steel sheet,welded steel sheet,stainless steel and other materials.To sum up,PESA is a kind of water treatment agent with excellent scale inhibition performance,and it is more suitable to be used in air conditioning spray water treatment in textile mills.For the field application of scale inhibitor,two operating schemes were set up in the experiment.3# Air conditioning room was the experimental pool adding PESA scale inhibitor,and 5# air conditioning room was the blank pool without scale inhibitor.By comparing the changes of calcium hardness,total hardness,alkalinity,p H,electrical conductivity and other indexes of the spray water of two pools,the actual effect of PESA scale inhibitor on the spray water quality was explored.After 33 d operation,it was found that the calcium hardness and total hardness of the spray water in the 3# air conditioning room reached 850mg/L and 1389mg/L respectively,while the calcium hardness and total hardness of the spray water in the 5# air conditioning room reached 700mg/L and 1020mg/L respectively.It can be seen that the addition of scale inhibitor effectively destroyed the growth of calcium carbonate and increased the hardness of the water.And alkalinity,p H,electrical conductivity in 33 d after operation,3# air conditioning room spray water alkalinity,p H,electrical conductivity of 2493 mg/L respectively,7.65,7.0 ms/cm,and 5# air conditioning room spray water alkalinity,p H,electrical conductivity of 2638 mg/L respectively,8.9,7.25 ms/cm,known,scale inhibitor to join the index of alkalinity,p H,electrical conductivity change control in a stable range,make its rise,no longer maintain spray water running in good condition.According to the critical p H scale formation index(PHC),the actual operating p H value of spraying water in the 3# air conditioning room after21 d operation is less than PHC,indicating that the scale inhibitor can effectively control the scaling of spraying water after 21 d,and improve the operating efficiency of spraying water.It is planned to develop water quality monitoring system and automatic dosing device to solve such problems as tedious manual monitoring dosing and unstable water quality control.Application of PHC as the design principle,to distinguish the state of water quality,the overall design consists of four parts,respectively for the acquisition system,control system,transmission system and the upper computer.The device is composed of a control box,scale inhibitor container,conductivity probe,p H probe,solenoid valve,etc,and realizes the monitoring and regulation of the whole tank.The whole device realizes intelligent spray water scale inhibition treatment.Figure29,Table13,Reference69.
