Textile enterprises face the challenges of environment,resource constraints.Among them,the energy consumption of air conditioning accounts for a considerable proportion about the power consumption.The electricity consumption of equipment accounts for about 20~30% of the total electricity consumption of textile enterprises,and the water consumption is even higher,accounting for 60~70% of the total water consumption.In spray water system of textile air conditioning,circulating water is mostly used.Due to the poor quality of the supplementary water,the long cycle period,there are serious problems such as scale and corrosion.Therefore,this paper studies the water quality of spray water system in textile air conditioning to propose a reasonable water treatment method,and solves the problems of operation and management difficulties caused by the poor water quality of spray water.First of all,the main indexes of the water quality of the spray water system are determined by "Water quality of heating and air conditioning systems"(GB/T 29044-2012),namely: total hardness,calcium hardness,alkalinity,electrical conductivity and pH value.The textile mills in Xi'an and Xianyang were investigated several times.Electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis of the scale samples revealed that the main elements were carbon and oxygen,and the sum of the two ratios reached 75%.The weight ratio of the hairs in the Xianyang area of the total scale was higher than that in the Xi'an area.At the same time,the spray water was tested.Compared with Xi'an,the water quality of the spray water in Xianyang area is extremely poor.The total hardness,the hardness of calcium,the total alkalinity,the electrical conductivity are about 2.2 times,2.3 times,1.9times,2.3 times that of Xi'an and the the pH value is higher than Xi'an about 1.34.Secondly,it is proposed to use the self-developed carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor to improve the quality of the textile spray water.Through static experiments,the scale inhibition performance of carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor at different temperatures and different dosages was investigated.Compared with the common yc2655 type scale inhibitor on the market,it was found that the scale inhibition rate decreases with the increase of temperature,and increases with the increase of dosage.It reaches the maximum when the temperature is 25°C and the concentration is 5 mg/L.The scale inhibitionefficiency of the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor and yc2655 type scale inhibitor to the total scale were 88.9% and 72.2% respectively.And the scale inhibition efficiency for the calcium scale were 95.8% and 83.6% respectively.In general,the static scale inhibition performance of the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor is superior to the yc2655 type scale inhibitor.Furthermore,dynamic experiments were carried out on the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor and the yc2655 type scale inhibitor.By setting up a test bench to simulate the circulation of the spray water,the total hardness,calcium hardness,total alkalinity,conductivity and the spray water were tested.It was found that the growth rate of the spray water about the five indicators with the addition of the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor was slow,the water quality reached a stable state for a long time.And the yc2655 type scale inhibitor reacted quickly.The two scale inhibitors have certain control effects about the indexes of the spray water.At 5mg/L,the index value of the spray water after the addition of the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor meets the standard value in the "Water quality of the heating and air conditioning system".But the indexes of the yc2655 scale inhibitor exceed the standard value,it may increase the corrosion of pipes and equipment.Finally,the corrosion problem about the scale inhibitor was tested.The corrosion rate of the spray water on the metal test piece with the carboxylic acid type and the yc2655 type scale inhibitor was compared.It was found that the corrosive strength of the scale is proportional to the concentration of the addition.The two scale inhibitors have almost no corrosion to the galvanized material,but there is a certain degree of corrosion to the stainless steel material,and the concentration of the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor is7 mg/L,the corrosion rate is 0.00558 mm/a.The yc2655 type scale inhibitor is 0.00551mm/a at a concentration of 3 mg/L,which exceeds the standard value of 0.005 mm/a.Compared with the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor,the corrosion degree of the yc2655 type scale inhibitor is more serious,and a large area of local corrosion and pitting pits of the stainless steel test piece appear.By comparing the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor with the yc2655 type scale inhibitor,it was found that the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor has good scale inhibition performance in the static test,but the reaction time is long and the efficiency is low in the dynamic test.Therefore,it is considered that the carboxylic acid type scale inhibitor is more suitable for static water treatment in the industry.Applied to a system with largedynamics has
