| With the rapid development of automotive industry,automotive electronic water pump as one of the core components of cooling system,because of its more and more widely used,people have higher requirements for its hydraulic performance and operation stability.Since the automobile electronic water pump is extremely easy to occur cavitation in a harsh working environment such as high temperature and high speed.Circum-destroying the stable flow field in the automobile electronic water pump,causing the reduction in efficiency and the routine and generating vibration and noise.Therefore,the automotive electronic water pump provided by a company is a research object,and studies the cavitation phenomenon and the pressure pulsation characteristics of the volute region are studied by numerical simulation.The main research contents and conclusions completed in this article are as follows:1.Model the automotive electronic water pump by UG,using the Meshing to extract the fluid domain mesh model,and use the Fluent simulation software to use three different turbulent models to perform single-phase constant numerical value to the electronic water pump,compared to experimental data,verification Reliability of Realizable turbulence.2.Study on stead and unsteay cavitation peformance of gas-liquid two-phase for automobile electronic pump.Through the CFD simulation,the electronic water pump is constructed,and the pressure,velocity,turbulence energy and vacuum volume fraction under different working conditions of automotive electron water pump are analyzed.On this basis,the unsteady flow pattern of automobile electronic water pump at different times in the same period of the design work point is developed,and the variation of void volume fraction in different stages of cavitation initiation,cavitation development and cavitation collapse are obtained3.Effect of automobile electronic water pump cavitation phenomena on pressure pulsation characteristics.The pressure pulsation characteristics of the electronic pump volute region were analyzed,and the time domain,frequency domain change law in the snail area,and the results of the study showed that the volute of the cavitation is reduced.The regional pressure pulse is the largest value.4.Finally,the influence of impeller structure parameters on cavitation of electronic water pump is studied.The effect of different impeller import diameters,blade number and blade import angle on electronic water pump airborne performance curve was analyzed.The results show that the number of impeller structural parameters is 6,D1=17,β1=40°,Vacuum performance is optimal,Elevation of electronic water pump provides design basis. |
