The cooling system of traditional automobiles uses mechanical energy as the power source of the water pump.This method has many disadvantages,and the water pump electronic control unit using an independent motor has become a new development trend.Permanent magnet synchronous motors have become the first choice of automotive electronic water pump power sources due to their inherent advantages such as high power density and high efficiency.However,the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor controller needs position sensors to know the position of the motor rotor and other information.The addition of these hardware will not only increase the cost,increase the volume of the motor body,but also increase the complexity of the system and reduce the reliability of the system.At the same time,it can not meet the requirements of the harsh working environment of automotive electronic water pumps.To solve this problem,a position sensorless PMSM controller and a position sensorless Romberg observer control algorithm are designed.This paper takes the position sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,and designs and implements a permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system based on the Luenberger observer in both theoretical and practical aspects.Firstly,a mathematical model of PMSM and three coordinate systems are established theoretically,and the principle of transformation of the motor model in each coordinate system is analyzed.Based on the coordinate transformation theory,a simulation model of the space vector pulse width modulation system is established based on the Simulink simulation platform.Secondly,the basic principles of the Romberg observer for positionless sensor control are explained in detail.According to the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the Luenberger observer is designed,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation control based on the Luenberger observer is set up.The model verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy.Finally,build a hardware platform based on STM32F103RBT6 as the control core.The collected current and voltage signals are estimated by the Romberg observer to calculate the position and speed information of the rotor.Control of magnetic synchronous motor.The results show that the experiments performed on the built hardware platform are consistent with the simulation results of the Simulink simulation model,verifying the correctness and feasibility of the pump controller and control algorithm,reducing the cost of the controller and motor,and adapting to the pump of independent motor Development trend of electric control unit.
