| There are numerous security issues with increasing electric vehicles in recent years,such as power loss and spontaneous combustion caused by power battery failure.For this situation,the paper researches on remote monitoring system of electric vehicle power battery based on Internet of Things technology.The content mainly involves remote data transmission,cloud storage,remote communication and battery data sharing.The expected research results could enhance the early warning ability of power battery failure,rescue response speed after accident,reduce the probability of safety accidents,lay a foundation for vehicle monitoring and early warning to enter the era of big data.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Overall system scheme design of remote monitoring system for electric vehicle power battery based on Internet of Things.The system is generally composed of vehicle terminal,cloud monitoring platform and client.Vehicle terminal can obtain power battery data and vehicle positioning information;Cloud monitoring platform could establish a database,to storage and management all kinds of data;The client provides a data monitoring window which can get real-time data,historical data and warning of the failures,etc.(2)The development of vehicle terminal’s hardware and software.For hardware,the paper has chose STM32 as the core.I had designed circuit of LCD module,CAN communication module,Beidou /GPS positioning module and NB-IoT module.For software,the paper has chose Free RTOS as the core.Vehicle terminal could carry out data acquisition,remote transmission and upgrade BootLoader program design.(3)Design of cloud monitoring and client platform.The paper has Built cloud monitoring platform based on cloud server,developed data processing software,database management software and client service software using Java Script and Java Web technologies.I had established remote communication with vehicle terminal through data processing software,received data and called database management software to store data.I had took WEB page as the client and designed the interface for it.After that,through the operation interface can call the client service software in the background to realize the data real-time query,management and monitor.(4)Experimental platform construction and experimental testing.The vehicle terminal can obtain various experimental data accurately,carry out remote upgrade of BootLoader stably,the NB-IoT and cloud monitoring platform could communicate stably,and the WEB page may monitor the data of power battery and vehicle positioning in real and historical time.To sum up,the power battery remote monitoring system based on the Internet of Things enable vehicle related personnel to obtain the power battery working condition data in time and understand the health status of the power battery,which plays an extremely important role and significance in ensuring the safe operation of electric vehicles. |
