| With the support of relevant national policies and the continuous development of new energy vehicle technology,new energy vehicles have gradually be come the first means of transportation for people to travel.But at present,there are still many technical problems in pure electric vehicles.Safety accidents caused by technical defects often occur.One of the main reasons is the improper control of veh icle power battery in the process of the use of pure electric vehicles.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the dynamic parameters of vehicle power battery remotely and in real time,so as to provide certain theoretical basis for designing better control strategy of vehicle power battery.This paper focuses on the research and design of the vehicle terminal and cloud monitoring center of remote monitoring system for vehicle power battery.Firstly,according to the working principle of domestic and foreign vehicle monitoring system,the overall scheme of remote monitoring system for vehicle power battery was studied and designed.Secondly,the software and hardware modules of the remote monitoring system were designed and tested based on the modular design principle.Then,the cloud monitoring center of remote monitoring system was designed based on ali cloud server.Finally,the remote monitoring system for vehicle power battery was tested and analyzed by building the experimental platform of the system.(1)Design and debug the on-board terminal system,including hardware and software.The design of hardware system mainly carries on the type selection to the main MCU and design and test of peripheral circuit.The design of software system mainly designs and debugs CAN communication program,GPRS communication program and GPS data analysis program,and designs application layer communication protocol.In addition,this paper also designed the update BootLoader for the on-board terminal software system.Among them,the BootLoader program and the upper computer program of BootLoader were designed and debugged.(2)Design and debug the cloud monitoring center.C# programming language is adopted to design and develop the functional modules of the cloud monitoring center,including the development of foreground program,development of background program,design of database,design of TCP/Socket communication program and configuration of ali cloud server network IP and port number.Among them,the foreground program is mainly for users,divided into design of login interface and design of monitoring interface.Finally,the application of baidu map API in monitoring system is introduced.(3)An experimental platform was set up to test the function of the remote monitoring system of vehicle power battery.In addition to testing the basic functions and stability of the system,a test was carried out for the upgrade of the on-board terminal software system.Through the experimental test and verification,the functional modules discussed in this paper have achieved the expected functions. |
