With the continuous and vigorous development of my country’s new material industry,the productization of new materials has gradually become an important means of product innovation and design.As a new type of functional material with excellent performance,micro heat pipe materials have broad prospects and potentials for productization.However,the current research on the productization of micro heat pipe materials relies too much on the use of traditional design methods by engineers and technicians.Many innovations have been achieved,but fundamentally speaking,the innovative role of micro heat pipe materials has not been well played to achieve the goal of expanding the product range of micro heat pipe materials and creating new products.Therefore,this article will use the INPD method to guide the commercialization of micro heat pipe materials that adopt the design method of the principle of different thinking,and actively explore and practice specific implementation methods.According to the principle of productization of micro heat pipe materials,the INPD method is optimized and expanded,and an INPD-based productization process of micro heat pipe materials is constructed accordingly.Improvements include:adding patent factor analysis on the basis of SET factors,fully grasping the status of patents related to micro heat pipe materials;adding questionnaire surveys on the basis of qualitative research to obtain a certain amount of data support;introducing new in the conceptual opportunity stage Product function design process and object field analysis make it possible to generate reasonable and reliable new product conceptual prototypes based on micro heat pipe materials.The productization process of micro heat pipe materials based on INPD includes four stages: the first stage is to define the productization space of micro heat pipe materials,formulate new product types,and then perform SETP factor analysis,combine multiple trend characteristics obtained to diverge thinking.Get multiple micro heat pipe material productization opportunities,and then select a micro heat pipe material productization opportunity through the opportunity weighing matrix,and finally generate a scenario story;the second stage,according to the micro heat pipe material productization opportunity obtained in the previous stage,pass the questionnaire Research and field interviews are combined to conduct user research,obtain user needs and expectations,and then analyze and express them as the value and opportunity attributes of new products,and then output new product definitions;the third stage,combined with new product definitions,through functional deconstruction and Function reconstruction,build a new product function model,and then deal with the problems in the new product function model with object field analysis,and finally generate a new product concept prototype;the fourth stage is to generate new product ideas based on the new product concept prototype through man-machine Analyze the design of new product form and structure with CMF,and explain the use process of the new product,and then verify the structure,user satisfaction and innovation of the new product through additive manufacturing,design evaluation,and patent application.Theory and practice show that the productization process of micro heat pipe materials based on INPD has clarified the direction of productization of micro heat pipe materials to a certain extent,and solved the problems of ambiguity in productization opportunities of micro heat pipe materials and how to construct new product functional models based on micro heat pipe materials.So as to achieve the goal of broadening the scope of productization and creating new products for micro heat pipe materials.At the same time,the process also plays a certain reference role and reference value for the productization of other new functional materials.
