In the increasingly fierce market,the function and shape are no longer the only selling point of the product,the product must meet the needs of users in more aspects,the comfort level of the product has become the new standard to evaluate the quality of the product,and the man-machine design of the product has an inseparable relationship with the comfort level of the product.With the transformation of Chinese medicine discipline,is going off the physical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine products,household plum needle of traditional Chinese medicine because of its advantages such as high physical therapy efficacy,portable,got the favour of more and more people,TCM plum needle in the process of home design,because of its physical therapy the particularity of the products,in addition to household product design elements that is affected by the environment,The man-machine design of the product should also be considered,because the unreasonable man-machine design will make users feel tired and cause secondary damage to their bodies.First of all,this paper through user research and access to information to determine user physiotherapy needs,according to user physiotherapy needs to determine the behavior path of user operation of the product,according to the size of the Chinese body data in DELMIA human modeling,the existing household Chinese medicine plum needle three-dimensional file into the DELMIA software,according to different physiotherapy behavior,In combination with RULA(rapid upper extremity evaluation)method,the physical therapy behavior of users operating plum-blossom needle was simulated,and the key parameters of visibility,accessibility and user working posture were obtained.Secondly,through the holding pressure test between the hand and the product handle,the pressure relationship between the hand and the product handle is analyzed to obtain the degree of fit between the existing product and the hand.Based on two aspects of physical therapy behavior simulation and grip stress test for user physical therapy pain points,the user pain points into the demand for products,and then map the user requirements and the product parts,parts of existing products to optimize design,sketch rendering according to user requirements and optimize the content,an optimized scheme,in terms of product proofing,Finally,the optimized design scheme was verified by physical therapy behavior simulation and holding pressure test again.In this paper,through the DELMIA user physical therapy behavior simulation and static holding pressure test of the existing home Chinese medicine plum needle man-machine analysis and optimization,verify the feasibility of this man-machine optimization scheme,in order to improve the Chinese medicine plum needle in the process of home ergonomics design,effectively improve the comfort of users using plum needle.This method is also applicable to other categories of products.Through this method,the pain points of "man-machine" in the use of the product can be obtained,and the design requirements of the product can be obtained.From the perspective of ergonomics,the product components can be optimized to improve the man-machine design of the product.
