Research On Application And Optimization Of Financial Sharing Center Of State-owned Construction Companies

Research on what domestic and foreign literature and related theories of Financial Sharing Center,Taking Group A as an example,this paper introduces the operating characteristics and industry status of Group A,this paper studies the current application of Group A’s financial sharing center from three different angles: strategic positioning,organizational structure and operation mode,base on the relevant theories of the financial sharing center,this paper analyzes the problems what existing in the practical application of the FSSC of Group A.One is that the strategic positioning of the financial sharing center is not clear,the other is that the organizational structure of the FSSC is not perfect,third,the operation mode of financial sharing center is not perfect.Based on the problems in the application of the financial sharing center and the experience of other related enterprises in successfully operating the financial sharing center,this paper makes clear the optimization goal,and puts forward the optimization opinions of the Financial Sharing Center of Group A,including expanding the multi-function sharing service center,scientifically determine the strategic positioning,adjust the organizational structure of the company,improve the financial sharing center and post responsibility,strengthen the financial integration,optimize the flow of funds management and control,improve the overall budget attention,multi-dimensional increase staff satisfaction.It is expected to provide reference for the future development of Financial Sharing Center of Group A,and play a role of reference for the state-owned construction companies that are optimizing the financial sharing center.
