| The core of high-speed railway dispatching and command is to ensure that the train operation is in a normal state and continue to move forward by adjusting the various links of train operation and the status of various regional transportation,so as to effectively use railway transportation resources to complete transportation tasks with high quality.The assessment of the high-speed railway transportation organization situation,especially the train operation situation,is the key to dispatching and commanding,and its related theoretical methods are the foundation of the intelligent dispatching theory of high-speed railways.Although our country’s research on the intelligentization of railway dispatching and command has achieved more significant results,the research on theories and methods of high-speed railway intelligent dispatching for the overall transportation organization situation assessment has not yet been seen.Research on the high-speed railway transportation organization situation is of great significance to the realization of intelligent dispatching.Therefore,this paper studies the characterization and evaluation of high-speed railway transportation organization situation.The main work are as follows:(1)Combining the existing research on the situation,the organization situation of highspeed railway transportation is defined,and then by analyzing the significance of the organization situation of high-speed railway transportation to transportation organization and intelligent dispatch,the connotation of the situation of high-speed railway transportation organization is explained.And this paper proposes to study the situation of high-speed rail transportation organization from three aspects at the system level:train operation situation,facilities and equipment situation and train operation environment situation.(2)The characteristic layer model in the multi-source information fusion hierarchical structure model is selected,and the multi-source information obtained by the railway site and information collection equipment is fused to obtain characteristic information that can be used to characterize the situation of the high-speed rail transportation organization.Then,from the perspective of transportation organization,specific analysis and quantification of various situation characterization indicators are carried out on the train operation situation,the situation of facilities and equipment and the situation of the train operation environment,and an indicator system that can characterize the situation of the high-speed rail transportation organization has been established.(3)When establishing a high-speed rail transportation organization situation assessment model,first,based on the consideration of objective weighting,the entropy weight method is selected to calculate the index weight.At the same time,considering that the situation assessment of the high-speed rail transportation organization is a multi-attribute decisionmaking problem,and the traditional TOPSIS method only evaluates the overall plan and cannot use the information of various indicators,so this article combines the gray correlation analysis to improve it,and the grey relational TOPSIS method situation assessment model is established,and proposes the classification standard of the situation assessment results of the high-speed rail transportation organization.(4)This article uses the train operation data of the section "Changsha South Railway Station-Guangzhou South Railway Station" on June 1,2016 for case analysis.After determining the scope of the study,the overall analysis of the transportation organization situation of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway for one day is carried out.The train operation situation is evaluated by the previous evaluation model,and the train operation situation assessment results at each time point can be obtained.Finally,the evaluation results of the TOPSIS method,grey relational analysis and the improved TOPSIS method in this paper are compared to verify the feasibility of the model. |
