Study On The Wisdom Of Traditional Villages In The Eastern Foothills Of The Taihang Mountains To Cope With Mountain Environment

The eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization,and the defile area of Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province(including the defile mining district)is located in the middle of the Taihang Mountains,which is one of the first thousand-year-old counties in the country,and the name of the place has never changed since the area was established in Qin.Jingxing area is also the country’s first "Chinese Traditional Village Reserve".There are many cultural relics and historical sites and a profound cultural heritage.There are 73 existing villages over 1,000 years old and 147 villages over500 years old,with distinctive northern regional characteristics.Because the entire area of the Jingxing area is mountainous,the topography of the territory is complex,and the climatic conditions also make droughts and floods frequent.During the construction process,local villages need to constantly adapt to nature,make use of nature,and be compatible with nature to form a mountain ecosystem with a high degree of integration of natural environment,history,culture,and social economy.This paper takes 46 traditional villages in Jingxing area(including Jingxing mining area)as the overall research object,and focuses on typical villages.The research content involves the law of village site selection,layout characteristics,internal road structure,public space,surrounding farmland,woodland and other natural areas.Environment.Using the methods of literature research,diagrammatic simulation,field research and empirical analysis,we explore more comprehensively the way of traditional villages in Jingxing area to cope with the mountain environment and summarize the ecological wisdom contained therein,in order to sort out the logic and framework of traditional villages to cope with the mountain environment and provide basic research for the planning of traditional villages in Jingxing area.The first part introduces the geographical background of the formation of traditional villages in Jingxing Area and the distribution laws in this context,and explores the distribution laws of traditional villages in the mountain environment and the ecological wisdom behind them.Through literature research,ancient books,and local chronicles,it summarizes its natural geographic environment,historical social factors,and conceptual and cultural environment,uses GIS to analyze the distribution of traditional villages,and summarizes its topography,resource utilization,Feng Shui principles,and overall distribution laws.The second part is the traditional village layout and internal construction wisdom in Jingxing Area.Summarize the overall spatial form of the village and the internal road structure of the village,and explore how it is affected by the mountain environment;within the scope of the public space,use the method of example analysis to summarize the road space characteristics in the mountain environment and the connection between the roads in different elevations The method,the role and characteristics of the building in it;the study of the node space starts from the different nature and functions,and combines with the mountain culture of Jingxing Area to summarize its types,constituent elements,spatial characteristics and distribution laws.The third part explores the ecological wisdom of production and life formed by traditional villages in Jingxing Area in the mountain environment.Including farmland system,woodland system,and water system construction.In the farmland and woodland system,summarize its distribution relationship with mountains and villages,forming reasons,types and functions,in farmland and woodland systems,we summarize their distribution relationship with mountains and villages,the reasons for their formation,types and functions,in order to explore the ecological wisdom contained;in water system construction including drainage,flood control,water storage and water intake,summarize its methods,strategies and ecology wisdom.The fourth part summarizes the construction wisdom and protection development strategy of traditional villages in Jingxing Area to deal with the mountain environment.Including the location of suitable villages,the spatial organization based on the mountain,the creation of a comfortable and pleasant environment,and the resource utilization of local materials;In terms of protection and development strategies,three strategic suggestions were made to protect and develop at the same time,gradually revitalize the villages,strengthen the basic research of villages,protect the traditional pattern and natural landscape appearance of mountain villages,and find the characteristics of different villages based on the common appearance of villages and develop them as a whole.
