| With the urbanization rate exceeding 60%,China has fully entered the middle and late stage of urbanization,and the trend of population gathering at both ends of large and small cities is becoming more and more obvious.County units have become an important level of new urbanization in China,so we need to pay more attention to county urbanization.Taking Guangxi as an example,this paper finds that the research on the new county urbanization in Guangxi not only needs to refine the relevant top-level design of the country and Guangxi Autonomous Region,explore the development path of county urbanization in underdeveloped areas of Guangxi,and comply with the development background of the times and the trend of county population flow in Guangxi,It also has the practical needs to promote the county urbanization in Guangxi towards the high-quality development stage and realize its healthy and sustainable development,which has very important theoretical and practical significance.After summarizing the current research progress of new county urbanization in Guangxi,it is found that scholars have carried out research on new county urbanization in Guangxi,but there is not enough research on connotation discussion,participants,dynamic mechanism,path model and so on.Therefore,on the one hand,the article needs to explore the relevant theoretical problems of new county urbanization in Guangxi,on the other hand,it also needs to put its foothold on the meso level that can guide the solution of practical problems.After repeated adjustment,the article is finally named the research on the dynamic mechanism,path model and spatial organization of new county urbanization in Guangxi.The main content of the article includes five parts.The first part answers the development status and existing problems of county urbanization in Guangxi,and discusses the special connotation of new county urbanization in Guangxi.Firstly,through the comprehensive measurement of the development level of county urbanization in Guangxi and the analysis of the temporal and spatial evolution pattern,in order to scientifically understand the development quality and change characteristics of county urbanization in Guangxi.The specific way is to build a new urbanization quality comprehensive evaluation index system,take 70 counties(cities)in Guangxi as the research object,select four time nodes of 2004,2009,2014 and2019,and comprehensively measure the county urbanization level in Guangxi by using entropy method;Combined with GIS natural fracture point classification method,this paper uses the system clustering method in SPSS to classify the new urbanization level of counties in Guangxi,and draws relevant conclusions.Secondly,combined with quantitative analysis,standing at the meso level,this paper summarizes the existing problems of county urbanization in Guangxi.Finally,it discusses the special connotation of new county urbanization in Guangxi from three aspects of "Guangxi","county" and "new" urbanization.The second part studies the dynamic mechanism of new county urbanization in Guangxi.Combined with the main factors affecting county urbanization in Guangxi,combined with the field investigation and relevant literature review of some counties in Guangxi,and combined with the discussion on the connotation of new county towns in Guangxi,the dynamic mechanism of new county urbanization in Guangxi is summarized into five aspects:multi-agent driving force,industrial economy driving force,resource and environment carrying capacity It also studies the main characteristics of their power system in five aspects and how to give better play to the power role in the future.The third part studies the path model of new county urbanization in Guangxi.The development path of county new urbanization in Guangxi is divided into "four steps".Firstly,70 counties in Guangxi are classified according to their ability to realize new urbanization,and then differentiated development guidance;Secondly,respect the relevant needs of multiple subjects in the process of county urbanization,and orderly guide the migration and flow of different subjects;Thirdly,through the guidance of industrial development,the classified counties are combined with the needs of multiple subjects to realize the integration of population flow and employment transformation;Finally,based on the above process,this paper summarizes the development model from the perspectives of population mobility,employment choice and specific regions.The fourth part optimizes the spatial organization of new county urbanization in Guangxi.First,starting from the hierarchical scale structure of County town system in Guangxi,this paper puts forward three optimization scenarios,and puts forward the requirements of functional division according to the relevant spatial types;Second,starting from the regional spatial structure of County town system in Guangxi,three optimization scenarios are also proposed.The fifth part puts forward the development countermeasures and relevant suggestions for the new county urbanization in Guangxi.In the aspect of development countermeasures,it is proposed to realize the development goal according to the combination of five aspects: understanding people,unified land,fixed production,layout and verification;In terms of relevant suggestions,it is proposed that the new urbanization planning in Guangxi should give full attention to the county level,build a new urbanization big data platform in Guangxi county,strengthen the ability of scientific research and judgment,focus on the improvement of cultural capital and social capital of agricultural surplus labor force,and the preparation results of the new urbanization planning in the county should be oriented to the government,enterprises and society Deeply understand the rich connotation of new urbanization,prevent and resolve the risk of county
