The County Urbanization Level And Spatial Fractal Analysis Of JiLin Province

Urbanization is an important part of modern economic development, as the basicadministrative unit, county urbanization is a major driving force of China’s urbanizationprocess. County urbanization not only helps alleviate the pressure generated by the ruralpopulation to urban mobility, but also improves the rational allocation of labor resourcesin rural areas. It is an effective way to promote the county’s economic development andnarrow the urban and rural poor. Improving the county urbanization is not only toenhance the transfer of rural population to urban areas, but also to improve the rationaldistribution of the spatial distribution of urban county. However, most of domesticresearches focused on the urban-rural dual structure, The studying of the structure ofcounty level and spatial distribution of urban development has not been fully integratedattention.In this paper, we select the40county regions of Jilin as the basic research units.First,by the qualitative analysis, from the overall development level of urbanization inJilin Province, the Jilin county urbanization differences in regional development,theJilin county urbanization and industrialization coordinated development,we analyze thestatus of the development of urbanization in Jilin Province; Then, we select12indicators from the aspects of economic development, living standards and livingconditions, and build the county urbanization comprehensive evaluation system.According to the relevant datas,we use the statistical methods such as factor analysisand cluster analysis to do a more systematic and comprehensive quantitative analysis onthe level of development of the county town of Jilin province; Then, from theperspective of spatial distribution of urban system starting, the article researches andestimates the grade scale of urban agglomeration degree distribution and the urbansystem. Thus,we learn the status of the spatial distribution of urban system in the countyin Jilin Province. Finally, by the the comprehensive evaluation of the countyurbanization development in Jilin Province,and the study of the spatial distribution,weput forward relevant countermeasures about promoting the development of urbanization County, Jilin Province. The results show:(1) The level of urbanization of Jilin Provincehas improved,however, the development of the county urbanization has largedifferences, and the urbanization development in all regions of the status quo appearsunbalanced. By the factor analysis and cluster analysis showed that, the level ofurbanization development in Jilin county region remains low. The eastern region issuperior to the western region, showing a polarization phenomenon.(3)By the researchon the urban scale level through regional distribution of the county in Jilin, the scaleregional differences in the distribution of the county are large. And they need to befurther improved. In the process of urbanization, because of too much emphasis on thenumber and size of urban expansion, it has Affected the quality of the urbandevelopment and led to the development of urban disorder. These have hindered thesustainable development of urbanization.(4) By measuring the various towns of thecounty’s regional centers, the results show, the gathering capability of the countyregional Center of Jilin Province town is still relatively low. The transportation andother public facilities still need to be further strengthened.
