| China has entered a period of rapid development of urbanization.Under the new situation,in order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization,reduce environmental pollution and alleviate urban traffic problems,China has put forward a policy of " Public Transit Priority".On the one hand,due to the improvement of residents’ living standards,the demand for personalized transportation has gradually increased,resulting in the low public transportation mode share rate.On the other hand,the traditional "fixed-point route" public transport operation mode,which has low coverage rate in urban fringe areas and high repetition rate of lines in inner city areas,has led to a mismatch between residents’ travel demand and the service level of public transportation.With the development of the transportation industry,many cities have begun to try new mode of customized buses,but their routes are fixed and passengers need to make reservations in advance,which cannot meet the flexible,convenient,all-weather and multi-scenario travel needs of passengers.Based on the above problems,this article conducts research on the demand responsive public transport,which is a diversified passenger transport service mode under the new situation.First of all,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on demand responsive bus network optimization,and defines the research objectives and significance of this paper.Secondly,the concept of demand responsive public transport is defined,its main characteristics are summarized and compared with other modes of transportation,especially the confusing demand responsive public transport and customized public transport.The application scenarios of demand responsive public transport are defined.Then,taking the actual situation as the constraint condition,taking the maximum profit of operation enterprises and the shortest travel time of passengers as the optimization objectives,the demand responsive multi-objective optimization model of public transportation network is constructed,and the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the problem.Finally,in order to verify the model and algorithm,taking the demand responsive public transportation in xiong’an New District as an example,the model parameters are calibrated based on the actual data of two months’ operation,which further increases the accuracy of the model and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.Using MATLAB software programming and combined with the model,the global optimal vehicle running path of the outlet network is calculated.As an innovative service model proposed under the new situation,demand-responsive public transportation not only solves the comfortable and convenient commuting needs of most commuters,but also effectively improves the efficiency of road use and relieves the road traffic pressure during the morning and evening peak hours.The multi-objective network optimization model proposed in this paper can well balance the relationship between corporate interests and passenger travel time,and provides theoretical support for the development of demand-responsive public transport in my country. |
