| With the rapid development of the commodity economy in recent years,the development of high-tech industries and e-commerce industries has had a prominent impact on the domestic freight market.In terms of railway freight,customers have increasingly diversified demands for efficient,convenient and fast freight.The development of LTL freight is in a favorable demand environment and policy environment.Therefore,as an important means to improve railway freight service capacity,extend railway functions,expand the scope of supply,and enhance market competitiveness,the rational planning and layout of railway freight no rail stations is particularly important.At the same time,the demand for railway freight transportation is affected by the combination of external environmental factors such as the social economic environment,macroeconomic policies,and the layout of the production industry,and supply factors such as the operational functions of the railway transportation system,and therefore has greater uncertainty.This article conducts an in-depth study on the site selection of a railway LTL freight no rail station under uncertain demand.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the types and characteristics of railway LTL cargo,and analyzed the shortcomings and advantages of railway LTL freight based on the characteristics of the source of goods;then analyzed the on-road and off-road operation functions of LTL freight,and combined part of the forward on-road operations Functions and off-road operation functions of ordinary business halls analyze the collection and distribution process of no rail stations;finally,according to the characteristics of no rail station supply coverage and setting,the paper proposes the main problem of no rail station site selection and planning.(2)By analyzing the relevant factors affecting site selection in terms of demand,supply,economy,convenience,and competitiveness,with the goal of minimizing the total cost,first establish a site selection model to determine the demand to solve each demand scenario.As demand scenarios with different probabilities change,the demand corresponding to the scenarios will also change.Therefore,the optimal value of each demand scenario obtained in the second stage is combined,considering the deviation of the minimum expected cost from the optimal solution,and the Lu Rod optimization location model.(3)Considering the scale of demand for the location of no rail stations,improving the selection operator and cross-mutation operations on the basis of traditional genetic algorithms,and designing the solving steps of the improved genetic algorithm based on the model in this paper,and then verifying the improvement through cases The effectiveness of genetic algorithms.(4)Taking Chengdu Railway Bureau as the planning background,using python to crawl the coordinates of the demand point,and solving the model based on the example data.The solution result shows the deviation between the solution obtained by the constructed robust optimization model and the optimal solution for each demand scenario The site selection problem is relatively small and can better reflect the uncertain demand situation.The impact of robustness factors on the model is also analyzed,and its impact on the site selection results is analyzed by adjusting the number of no rail stations selected,and the final no rail station selection is obtained.The site plan verifies the rationality of the model and the practical significance of the thesis. |
