| Along with the development of public transportation network in china,the disequilibrium between metro and bus is becoming increasingly obvious,the function orientation of bus needs to be optimized and adjusted.In addition,designing an efficient feeder-bus network is essential for improving metro hubs’ distribution capacity.Lots of cities have opened several community buses connecting to the MTR,remaining problems like routes duplication,empty driving and long waiting time.Therefore,based on the demand of passenger flow,dynamic planning the feeder-bus network and designing efficiency dispatching strategies are of significance to build a multivariate public transportation system,which is benificial to improve the quality of bus service.This paper starts from the composition of urban public transportation,sorts out the organizational structure and operation process of flexible feeder bus.The influencing factors and their mechanism of flexible bus network optimization are analyzed,mainly from the three perspectives of passenger travel character,quality of bus service,and operating efficiency,and the relationship between various influencing factors is demonstrated.Secondly,this paper divides the operation of the flexible feeder bus system into two stages.The first stage is to plan the connection flexible bus network according to the demand of passenger flow,and determine the route direction and operation cycle;By clustering travel demands with similar spatio-temporal characteristics,the problem solving scale is reduced while the convenience of passengers is guaranteed,then the RLMP,SPS problem can be constructed by using the column generation algorithm to reduce system travel cost and complete vehicle path planning at the same time.In the second stage,the vehicle service attribute decision is made to solve the source and scheduling problems of the feeder bus vehicles.Based on the reverse auction algorithm,the mixed decision optimization of vehicle service attributes is carried out.Under this strategy,flexible feeder bus and community buses share the same fleet,which can minimize its impact on community bus on the premise of meeting the requirements of flexible bus operation.Finally,based on the bus operation data of three community bus routes near a subway station in Chengdu,this paper uses Matlab to complete passenger demand preprocessing by the improved K-means algorithm.The route planning model of flexible feeder bus is solved by using Cplex1210 called by Visual Studio2019,and the vehicle full load rate and system travel cost are analyzed;The mixed decision model of vehicle service attributes can help to determine what kind of vehicle should be used for the generated feeder route,calculate the travel time of different scheduling schemes,per capita travel time and other indicators,and conduct demand sensitivity analysis.Compared with the traditional operation mode,this model has good effects in terms of operational efficiency and operational benefits. |
